  Sunshine Corporate Filings LLC sent an email to me, which got routed to a junk folder in my email, telling me that I was now enrolled in an additional service that they offered, and that if I didnt opt-out by going to their website, logging in, and finding the page where I could opt-out, then they would just automatically bill me for this new service. Mind you, this notice didnt show up in my inbox, it showed up as spam. Had I not caught it in time, I would be legally obligated to pay for this new service that I didnt need or want. Sending a paying customer a ****** notice that they will take more of your money without your consent is, legally, as close to fraud as you can get without actually crossing the line (because they technically gave you the 10-day notice, even if there was no guarantee that you would receive it in time).It is morally indefensible for a company, with whom you are already doing business and who has your credit card information on file, to automatically enroll you in a new service and charge you for it unless you actively opt-out. This practice shifts the burden of action onto the customer.Ethically, consent should be an active, informed choice, not something passively assumed through a customers inaction. When companies rely on opt-out mechanisms, they are taking advantage of the fact that people are busy, overwhelmed with information, and unlikely to scrutinize every notice or email. This approach prioritizes profit over fairness, as it counts on customers missing the opportunity to decline, resulting in charges they never explicitly agreed to.Sunshine Corporate ************ is one such company. They ride the razor thin line between legal contract and fraud, hoping to make a cheap buck off of you because you didnt look at your spam folder recently enough. I will never do business with them again and I strongly advise everyone else to stay away from these tricksters!

  Your company was recommended to me by a friend. I'm switching from ******* hosting and Microsoft365 email to Sunshine Corporate Filings for my hosting and email service. The agent that has been helping me has made this process so easy for me. **** ****** is a major asset to your company. Super professional, business like, and he knows I'm not tech savvy and he's patient with me, takes his time explaining things to me in ******** terms, gets back to me in a timely matter, and I truly appreciate all the help he has given me. I had been with Godaddy few years never got this kind of service. I would and will recommend Sunshine Corporate Filings to others. And on a scale of 1-10 if I could give **** a 100 I would.

  Terrible. If you are starting a new business, go with anyone other than Sunshine Corporate Filings. After utilizing them for a package of forming an LLC and using their Registered Agent service I began getting robo-emails from them stating "Recent order incomplete, missing information, unable to process". I called multiple times and get a recording that they are experiencing high call volume and to leave a number and they will get back to you in 48 hours! I then emailed Sunshine Corp. and they responded essentially saying to ignore the robo-email. When the LLC was formed with the state there was an error that prevents me from opening bank accounts or any type of business transactions. Again I reached out only to get the same recorded phone messages. After multiple calls at random times, I finally made contact and explained the situation. Instead of correcting their mistake they offered to do an amendment with the state and they want to charge me again! ... for their mistake!   Absolutely amazing service, despite my uses with the name taken they emailed me right away and requested a change and I had to call since it was a bit confusing (1st time Entrepreneur problems lol) and they explained it very well. I was able to register my foreign company and I am now one step closer to my goal. THANK YOU Sunshine Corporate Filings!!!!
