    Similar to other complaints, I received a charge for $1.98 on January 21 and another charge on January 26 for $49.99. When I call the number on my credit bill, I get through to a message stating a 24 hour turnaround but they are requesting my last 4 of my social. RED FLAG!I have no clue what this service is and am seriously concerned how they got my CC number especially considering it is a new number.I am also making sure I dispute this with my CC company in case of future fraud but need bestmovher.com to perform a refund and make it right.

    We are unable to find this user registered in our site until she can provide us with more information to find those charges she is claiming for us to refund. Once she gives us the first 6 digits of the card she is being charged for we can look up in our system and provide a refund properly

    I was charged $1.98 then an additional $49.99 on 1/27/23 to a company I have never heard of. When trying to call them, I keep getting hung up on after it rings. I simply want my money back from this fraudulent company.

    I have received several charges on my bank account for $49.99 which I did not authorize nor do I know who this company is. Upon research it said this was some sort of scamming streaming company. I demand a refund and will report as fraud to the bank.

    I received a 12-26-2022 from Best Movies www.bestmovhere.com. I did not approve a credit card transaction of $$49.99 or any additional future subscription charges. I don't even know what this company is. I contacted them via the phone number provided to request a refund and cancel the subscription, and the number automatically disconnects so I couldn't get through. I also tried canceling the subscription service but to no avail. I am requesting a refund to my credit card for the initial $49.99 charge and cancellation of the subscription with no future charges being made to my credit card account. Thank you for any help.

    Date of unauthorized charge 12-15-2022 from Best Movies www.bestmovhere.com. This is a fraudulent Company. I did not approve a credit card transaction of $1.98 or any additional future subscription charges.     Approximately one week ago my bank account was charged $1.98 by wwwbestmovhere.com and I did not notice that charge until this morning when a $49.99 charge from the same company showed as pending. Upon discovering that charge I dug into my account history at the bank that's when I found the initial very small debit. I cannot find the company online by searching the company listed on my bank statement. I have not ever done business with this company nor have I signed up for any type of subscription.

    On 10/3 my checking account was debited $1.98 On 10/7 it was debited again for $49.99 On 11/8 it was debited again for $49.99 I did NOT order any service from this company and when I attempted to discuss the issue with them all they wanted was my name and my account number. When I refused to provide a checking account number they promptly hung up. After numerouos attempts to reconnect I only get a "Please leave a Message and we will return you call" response.Attached is the ************ Statement Charges. Novembers withdrawal just posted against my account 11/8

    Date of unauthorized charge 10-24-2022 This is a fraudulent Company. I did not approve them to take $1.98 or any other amount they may try to take in the near future. I contacted them by text and they told me they did not show the transaction on their end. I also told them to cancel anything they might have this tied to, like a membership, because I do not want nor did I approve anything they are selling.
