    I wonder if there are other people with the same situation as we are facing right now. We started to spend our ******* at Roberts in early January of 2011. Before we left the park in April of that same year, we started paying a 300$ fee to hold a specific lot for our return date for the next winter. In 2016 the office personnel inform us that from now on we had to pay for two years in advance, which we did. Unfortunately we couldn't come for a few years when ***** was present in 2021, so we always let the office know ahead of time that they needed to forward that deposit fee for the following year. Now we are facing a family situation that is IMPOSIBLE for us to go to ******* for the winter. For some unfortunate reason there is no way to get our deposits back. Since October of 2023 we advised the office by calling them on several occasions, we even send a copy of our receipts by email to the office, but to no avail, we cant get a response from them.Its really a bad business affair for us because we had been going at Roberts since 2011. We really loved the park. We were really active in the park. My husband ******* was taking part at the Sunday Jam and I was involved with pool exercises, helping with the dinners that the ********* and other group members of the park organized, organizing the library after ********************* had passed and so on and so on.Hopefully that this revue is going to advised the owner of the Park of our discontentment. ******* and *******************************, **, ****** *******************

    RE: Refund of $605.00
    Regarding the request for a refund in the amount of $605.00  for Mr. ***** *****************.
    We did an audit on Mr. ***** ***************** reservations and cancelations. We discovered that ******'s Mobile Home ***** RV Resort does not owe Mr. ***** ***************** a refund in the amount of  $605.00, that in fact they owe ******'s Mobile Home ***** RV Resort $95.00, due to the fact they constantly booked and then cancelled reservations.  However, we are willing to wave the $95.00 that is owed. We have attached a file showing their cancelations, the handling fees they were charged and information regarding reservations ***** refunds that was revised 10/1/20.
    Please see the information listed below showing their cancelations and the handling fees they were charged.
    This also shows how long we held this site for them per their request.

    A52944 cancelled on 2/11/19 for Jan/3/2020 - May/1/2020 
    Handling fee $50.00.
    A52647 canceled on Feb/18/2021 for Jan/3/2021 thru Apr/30/2021.
    Because this reservation was cancelled over a month after they were to arrive the handling fee was $250.00.  
    A56369 canceled on Oct/13/2021 for Jan/3/2022 thru Apr/2/2022.
    Handling Fee $75.00.
    A54743 canceled on Nov/11/22 for Dec/3/2022 thru May/02/2023.
    Less than a 30 day notice. Handling Fee $250.00
    A57213 canceled on Nov/11/2022 for Jan/03/2023 thru Apr/02/2023.
    $75.00 handling fee.

    Good morning,
    Here is my response to Roberts message.  First the cancellation of A52944 never happened.  We were on site 159 Roberts Lane as shown by my **** receipt attached to document.  All other cancellation date are also wrong, I notified them well in advanced not to pay the late fee.  I shall send another document showing the email correspondence with Roberts as soon as possible.
    I cant understand why things would be so mixed up it has been almost two years since I requested my refund.

    Concerning A52647 the info sent by ******'s is completely wrong.  The attached form will prove it.
