    I started on JULY 28 2022 On Sept 16 I receive a letter from Robert's say they needed pay stub currently employer. WHY did it take over 69 days to get back to me Why I thought I would be in Florida.That Friday I call my Realtor,Monique J. who works for SUN Realtor Inc.She talk with Bobbie in the office and ask if I sent all the information over to to then would they look at it again She said YES Sept 20 I overnight all the paperwork, just not mine but Sam Arena who was on the credit application.( which was $350.00 each person. WOW no where in the state of Florida is their application fee $350. no where! they sign for it but, I do believe no one open it $26.00 So now I started talking to everyone. WHY DID IT TAKE THIS LONG.I tell you why It was a (1) one bedroom with two people on the credit application. The owner Allen C. or the staff would never call me back or I ask to talk to the owner nothing I mean NOTHING Still to this day I have left VM and email asking to get me and Sam information back and nothing no CALL , no email nothing I must say that they did return my $700.00 THEY DID NOT DO THEIR JOB I loss $3000.00 to the Sun Realtor Inc which I have contact an attorney. But Rober"s is at fault. THEY never look at the information I send then THEY made it look like they look at it and sended me and email the next day asking for the same information they already had.It is very clear in my mine that ALLEN made a decision on the fact that two male apply for the one bedroom mobile home.Which in this DAY and age is WRONG AND For the record I am not GAY and nether is SAM I want Robert"s to pay the $3000.00 back to me because of then the seller decision to back out WHY I Don't know and that what Monique J. told me on Friday Oct 15 and that I would lose my $3000.00 But Because They are saying I did not all the paperwork in. WHICH IS a LIE and I have every phone call made to Robert"s every email from both Sam and my phone It awful REALLY BAD John

    the worst management in this park lie lie , won,t except whats gone here..sad for sure...i will get out as soon as i can,,i really think thats what they want...i feel sorry for your as.....karma is a ***** bonnie
