    Absolutely Unacceptable Product and **************** I am writing this review to share my extremely disappointing experience with Aquarium Depot in **************, *******. I placed an order for ***** anthropods and copepods.Upon arrival, every single pod in my order was dead. This was a complete waste of my money and deeply frustrating, as the viability of these organisms is paramount.What truly compounded the issue was the subsequent interaction with their customer service. Despite receiving a completely unusable product, I was met with an utterly unhelpful and unyielding response. Aquarium Depot refused to refund my money and outright denied my request for a reshipment of the live pods.This level of disregard for product quality and customer satisfaction is frankly astonishing. When dealing with live aquatic products, issues can occasionally arise, but a reputable business should stand by its offerings and work with the customer to resolve the problem. ********************** demonstrated a complete lack of accountability.I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing live aquatic organisms, or anything for that matter, from Aquarium Depot. My experience indicates a severe deficiency in both their product handling and their commitment to customer care. Save yourself the frustration, money, and hassle, and take your business elsewhere.

    Ordered amphipods from them and all arrived dead. Submitted a claim via their online form and multiple emails and they never responded.

    Ordered product 3 weeks ago. Ive received zero updates, information and my product has not shipped. Even though website advertises a shipping schedule and fast shipping. Attempted to reach out through ********* support email and their website messaging system. Waited weeks and zero response and no way to cancel order or get my money back. This is unreliable small business and I recommend looking elsewhere.
