      One of the windows we had installed in 2020 is now broken. I called and spoke with ********* at Home Performance Alliance on 7/25/2023. She informed me that while the window is still under warranty, we would have to pay for the labor. I agreed to this. She also asked me to send pictures of the broken area. I sent the pictures to her by txt as per her instructions. Since July 25, 2023 I cannot get any response from HPA regarding timeline for replacement. They do not response to txt messages nor voicemails. The only real person I can reach is the the person who connects me to other extensions, where I can leave a voicemail.

      We had Home Performance Alliance install windows on our lanai a few months ago. We took out a loan to pay for them after the salesman who is also said to be the territory manager *********************** told us about a program for ******* residents that allowed us to get money back. Once the windows were installed he came out and said that he wasn't pleased with some of the work on the windows and called for a team to come back out to fix the issues and put the finishing touches on the windows. We were informed that day that new screens needed to be ordered and one of our screens was missing the support Bram because the previous one broke. After a month without any word I started making calls to the office to inquire about the order and when someone would be out to help us. Everytime I called I was transferred to a voice-mail that wasn't set up so I couldn't leave a message. I would hang up and call back and get put on hold then the phone would hang up. I call back again with my grievances only to be told that a message will be taken and someone would get back to me. I have yet to hear from anyone. I began contacting *********************** through text messages and phone calls and now he will not respond. I haven't spoken to anyone about anything because everyone in this company seems to have disappeared. These windows cost me ****** dollars and I am completely unsatisfied with the outcome and how this company has chosen to handle the situation. I need my screens resized and fixed and I need the support beam put back on the window. I am very unhappy with the quality of work and the unprofessionalism that has been displayed.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I was contacted once by this same gentleman when I filed the complaint. I missed the call as it came in at 748pm. In his voice-mail he said he would call me again the next day to discuss everything. I expected not to hear from him and I didn't. I waited 2 days before I reached out to him and left a message with no response and now a few more days has passed and the only response I have gotten is this one. I don't care that we "passed inspection". What I am upset about is the lack of communication and the process to get where we are now.  It could have been completely avoided if someone had spoken to me before now. I took out a ****** loan for these windows and I did not get ****** worth of work or satisfaction. My screens are all the wrong sizes because some are too big and others are too small, you can easily pull and push them out and anyone can stick their hands in and unlock them after we were told they were break in proof, one of our windows we can barely slide open because its sticking, the caulking job around the windows is the absolute worse I have ever seen and one of our screens is missing the support beam on the outside so it looks funny without it as it doesn't match my other windows. Also I don't know how long ***************** has not been with the company but I have been trying to contact him for well over a month and I am just now hearing of his departure and I have been calling to speak with someone with this company to get results for even longer than that. I feel as if this response is just to appease me and still have no action. Please prove me wrong.

      You sent a gentleman out to fix the caulking around the windows and we are extremely satisfied with it now and I do sincerely thank you for that first step. We did speak about how many screens needed to be replaced and you said that you or **** ( believe that's his name) would notify me when they arrived in 2 weeks from that call which would make it around the 20th so I will await a call about that. Also there's still the issue of one of the windows being hard to slide open that hasn't even been addressed yet that I put in my first complaint. I will be completely satisfied when all of this is done so until then I have no choice but to keep the case open to ensure that I am not jut being told what I want to hear.

      Home Performance Alliance installed impact windows on my home in July 2023. We were sold under the impression that we would get back over half our money from the My Safe ******* program. I just recently found out that the application for the ***** wasn't even submitted until AFTER the work was completed. We were told that the application was submitted back in May of 2023 and was approved. Nothing we were told was the truth. I have been calling the company for answers with no answer or call back and you can never leave a message since no one's voice-mail seems to be set up. Also I have been trying to get copies of invoices and/or receipts for work since no paperwork was left with us about anything. This company is absolutely horrible with even worse people working for them.

      I contracted with Home Performance Alliance **** in June 2023. They came back and did the measurements on the door frame and said they had ordered the door. The employee contacted me at the end of Aug to get my signature on the building permit. They told me the door would be in on Sept 1st. Since then I have tried to contact them several times to find out when they are going to schedule the door insulation. No one have returned my calls. I have called ********************, I have called the office several times in the last 3 weeks and even called the customer hot line, to no avail. I don't know what else to do. they have $1700 of my money and I have no door and don't know what to do.

      We have 7 windows that need replaced, under warranty. I have been trying Since 9/2022 to get these replaced. A tech came out 4/13/23 to confirm the need for replacement. 4 months later, trying to get an update; repeated calls, all going to voicemail, and emails are ignored. Sept. 1, 2023, I drove 2 hours, one way, to their office to get answers. I was told the windows were ordered 2 weeks prior to my visit, however, only 6 were ordered because the paperwork was lost and they can't order one of the windows because they don't know the size. We came to the agreement that the tech would return on 8/3/23 and measure for replacement glass. I emailed ********************************* on 8/2/23 and supplied her with my original order to assist her with confirming the windows. To date, I cannot get an update. No voicemail answered, no phone call answered, no email. I don't know if they are going to order 7 windows or if they will ever replace these windows. I have water running between the glass on one window. I need communication. I need these replaced immediately. I have called the 800 # setup for customer assistance - it too is ignored.

      Two windows in the house have a broken seal and need a warranty replacement. A warranty claim was put in July 2022. In November 2022 workers showed up to repair. The wrong windows were ordered by HPA and new windows were needed to be ordered to repair. Since November 2022 ~12 voicemails have been left between the Warranty Manager and the Director of Operations. These voicemails included our name, address, and issue. We requested a status update or a call back to let us know what was going on. Not a single call has been returned by Home Performance Alliance.

      My home had a new roof about 3 months ago. The reason is that I have been trying to contact this company for over a month. Leaving messages because no one ever picks up. I even left several messages telling them my situations. My home owner insurance company is cancelling my insurance as of 11/31/23 if they don't receive my FINAL INSPECTION PERMIT FOR THE ***** Any ideas how I can get this?? , also I went to City Hall and they said that I would have to contact Home Alliance

      I signed the agreement with HPA on 3/8/2022. The windows were installed on 5/22/2022, but one window was broken and we did not accept delivery of that. They came back 3 months later and installed the window that completed the whole installation except for the final inspection. At that time, they required me to pay them the money owed, which I did. $9,700. We still did not have the final inspection which they were supposed to arrange. After dozens of emails and phone calls, we FINALLY got them to get the final inspection by the county and the windows passed fine. However, we still needed trim put on the outside of the windows, as the installer had removed the vinyl trim, which was part of my vinyl siding. Again, after many phone calls, text messages and emails, several HPA people have come out, but each person had an excuse as to why they could not complete the task with fixing my windows. It has been 16 months and my windows still are not properly installed because they have actually made my home LESS Valuable because of the unfinished job

      However, please be aware that this in no way constitutes an endorsement for HPA.  The fact still remains that it has taken 16 MONTHS to get this resolved.  It should never have taken that long as the person that came today did the job in less than 8 hours.

      The wrong windows were ordered, they were supposed to be exact replacements of what was there before. What was delivered was a solid piece of glass rather than windows that open. My previous windows also had mullions and both sides opened. What they delivered is just one solid price of glass that doesnt open. The other arch small window above the front door was supposed to have mullions as well and a ***** finish to block the sunlight and it is also just clear glass. The second part of my delivery I have not seen but I want to be sure the French doors are right also before they come to install since the windows were all wrong. Ive called and left 8 messages with no response and today I told them Id be reaching out to BBB if they didnt get me on the phone with someone to resolve and they disconnected the line twice. Can you please reach out and assist with my issues? Thank you!

      Had windows put in in Sept 2019 I have called this company multiple times trying to let them know one of the problem. I believe the seal has let go. I have ***************** is wet in between the window pane. I feel for the amount of money I paid they should response to my calls and correct this issue.       Window Instillation was delayed but eventually completed. Business was to set a inspection date with **** Count to verify compliance of codes. I was contacted and a voice mail was left with extension number to be contacted to set date. I have tried for over a month to contact this business and always am forwarded to a voice mail Have left numerous messages and have spoked to operators to have information provided to the appropriate person. Have received no follow up whatsoever. Would not recommend this company to anyone, not because of quality of windows but customer service. Should have rebooked Window World who installed the windows in the house I previously owned. Any assistance would be appreciated. Respectfully,********************************* CPO/USN/Ret
