      Reece Windows Fort ***** is a BIG NO! Their manager is possibly completely unprofessional, while the president of the company supports and covers up for as they are "friends". I went through a post hurricane *** nightmare with this company, only to be given random free products along the way to keep happy and quiet. Their subcontractors, specifically front entry door, and stucco, do HORRIFIC work!!! And after multiple visits to correct have only left unfinished and still in a place of not being able to paint on or repair. Front door, DOES NOT SHUT PROPERLY and therefore, the lock DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY! OH wait!!! The 12 plus windows and sliders to NOT HAVE SNAP COVERS ON! UNFINISHED WORK! Product is cheap all around. Windows look good but are cheaply made. They installed scraped up dented framing on my sliders that they claimed others could have dented. After taking initial pictures and stating "no problem", we can fix that. NEVER DID! No one, including ***** ****** the president WILL RESPOND TO AND FIX AFTER SENDING PICTURES GALORE! Unprofessional as well! But They have the pictures and signed documents from their own inspection staff!!! *************** REECE WINDOWS WILL BE GOING BACK TO COURT ON THIS ONE...it's NOT the first! There is more but will run out of space! The reviews on here are not left by actual clients ***, at least not all. They are UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT WORTH THE BUSINESS!! Use another window company. There are TONS!!!

      On Jan 2nd 2025, I contacted ***** Windows and Doors to schedule an appointment to have sliding glass doors installed. After speaking with them and being told I should block out 90 minutes of my time, and that it was imperative that my wife attend, I started to feel like I was setting myself up for a high-pressure sales pitch. I told them I would get back to them if I wanted to schedule an appointment. The next day, I received a call from them about setting up my appointment. I told them I was no longer interested in their business and why. Starting the next day, and over the next two months, I received 53 (fifty-three) more calls from them. I have the phone records to verify this. They only stopped after I visited their offices and spoke with a manager .

      Initially I was pleased with this company but on the final day of the installation of my windows I had a concern about 2 of the windows not being installed correctly, so I called the Project Manager and I was told dont worry we will make it right That was 5 months ago. I have called, gotten the run around, told someone would get back to me, etc. But to date I still have 2 windows that are not installed properly that do not close and lock without the need to apply considerable force to do so and even when I finally get them latched, there is a gap present that allows noise, wind and water to seep through. **************** and basic communication is severely lacking.

      Absolutely thrilled with the service from Reece Windows and Doors. From the initial consultation to the final installation, every step was handled with professionalism and care. The staff was knowledgeable, answering all my questions and providing helpful recommendations. The windows themselves are top-notch, significantly improving the energy efficiency and aesthetics of my home. Installation was quick and seamless, with the team leaving my space clean and tidy. I highly recommend Reece to anyone in need of window replacement or installation. Five stars well-deserved!

      Great experience with ****** We’ve gotten a couple doors and windows and have been very pleased with the service and quality of all of them. The sales reps have been knowledgeable and the installers have been flawless! Would recommend them to anyone needing quality work and products!

      Their team came to my house in ******* to install a few doors. They did an amazing job. Very nice installers and on time. Worked for 2 days. Cleaned up everything. Doors slide like butter.

      I absolutely love our new windows and doors. Not only do they look great, but I can tell the difference in the temperature of our home. We used to have to close the blinds on the west side of the house every afternoon, now I can leave them open because the heat doesn't come through. My plants are thriving, and our electric bill is lower. The installation and service were a great experience. The entire home, several windows and a few doors were installed in 1 day by a professional installation crew. I would (and have) recommended Reece to my friends and neighbors. They love their Reece windows too. Thank you, Reece!
