      I had a great experience from start to finish. The Salesman **** was not pushy and everyone was very professional. I live on a busy road and the windows muted much of the sound from the traffic. The windows exceeded my expectations in quality and I am very satisfied with the results. All of which was performed in a timely manner. Would highly recommend.

      We purchase 2 large picture windows from Reece windows the product looks very nice the job was done very quickly and ahead of schedule the installation crew that came or are very efficient and very polite and left a very clean area when they were done.

      Reece Windows is a company I feel comfortable recommending to friends and family. They were responsive to my questions and provided a great value on my replacement windows. Install went off without a hitch too.

      Ive never purchased windows before and I really dont know much about them so I was very happy how knowledgeable and helpful my salesperson was to explain everything to me and help me make the best decision. They came in sooner than expected and the install crew was on time which almost never happens these days with contractors. They was very fast and CLEAN! I hate when I have to clean up after contractors. I would highly recommend them.

      Reece Window and Door have some excellent customer service personnel. They will fix a door or locks the same day I called. Obviously a security issue they will rectify immediately. Im glad to have peace of mind.

      Felt totally disrespected and insulted by their policy. Can you believe that they CATEGORICALLY WOULD NOT GIVE ME A QUOTE BECAUSE MY HUSBAND COULD NOT BE PRESENT AT THE APPOINTMENT. I thought that SEXISM was long gone behind usGUESS NOT!A company not respectful of sensitive matters such as woman making decisions on their own WILL SURELY NOT BE SENSITIVE TO POST SALE CUSTOMER NEEDS.

      Absolutely really bad experience with Reece with the representatives in Ft Myers Fl Try not to do business with the representatives of this company since they are unprofessional and canceled our order after six weeks They refused to answer or call back after repeated phone calls

      I signed a contract with Reece in mid August 2022 to replace all of the windows and slider at my house. We negotiated the price with them such that it was close to another quote that we had and decided to go with Reece. Two weeks later,, they asked us to amend the order to take the slider out since they thought the price would be less in the new year, so we consented. We asked them to remeasure one window, since we had work done on they area, but they would not return phone calls. Later we received a phone message that the order was on hold. After 2 weeks of calling and leaving messages with the sales people, we finally got hold of the service department and they confirmed the order was on hold but could not tell us the reason. After the hurricane Ian hit, we finally got a call where they informed us that they cancelled the order. I took a while to get the deposit back. I would NOT recommend doing business with them since they do not hold up their end of a contract!
