      I have been with this company for about two years and I can truly say they are reliable, skilled, professional, and trustworthy. On this occasion, I got to work with Robert *****. He was so great at his job as a technician and as a human that my dog became best friends with him. He gave me advice about a part he could quickly install at an affordable price to help with a minor issue I had. American Air and Heat is a family-owned company and I feel like that empathy and care is demonstrated by each person I get to interact with. Thank you Robert and American Air and Heat!

      I totally recomended Sal from American Air. With bad weather still mange to keep working as if it was not raining at all. Very Professional. Had my AC running ASAP!!

      Americann Air & Heat is the best. They really care about their customers. And our technician, Rafael, really knows his stuff! He was so helpful and got our A/C up and running. We will definitely be requesting him whenever we need service. Thanks!

      I went with American Air & Heat years ago and have had 2 systems installed by this company. I switched to American Air after being very disappointed with Del Air. Del Air would send out technicians who obviously were poorly trained and didn't know what they were doing. Now I feel American Air has become another Del Air. The system American Air installed in 2015 has gone down 3 times this year. In the case of every service call they send out technicians that are poorly trained. Our recent service experience the technician told my stepson he had just finished training 3 weeks prior. He was on the phone to the company's office the whole time he was here getting instruction on how to deal with our issue. In the previous service call they had to send out a system supervisor for a second visit to diagnose the problem. We have now been without AC for 2 weeks and the main office says the part the inexperienced technician says we need is back ordered for a month. I can't tell you how disappointed I am with American Air and Heat .

      Brand new ac hasn't worked properly since installed . Had company out 6 times and still doesn't work
