      Service was cancelled due to both of my last technician visits refusing to do an interior spray claiming it is not included in a routine service when it is exactly what I paid for. I have spoken to someone on the phone twice now and sent several emails expressing this issue however they continue to try and charge me the full price of the quarter when they did not complete the service to the minimum standard.I am not looking for money back which I could considering the amount it has costed me to change companies due to your subpar service and lack of customer service and concern when brought to your attention. I would simply like to stop being harassed for a portion of a bill for a service that was never completed. Leave me alone.

      1. Increased monthly rate with no warning or notice, after speaking with owner stated he credited but after multiple requests no ledger provided and no credits shown on balance/invoice sent. 2. Stopped providing service, over 3 months of constant no shows or showing up with out notice after no shows. 3. Service was cancelled and incomplete balance was refunded, over 4 months requesting ledger, no ledger provided.

      This customer was due for their annual pest control rate increase in May of 2022.  We notify all customer of rate increases, noting it on the invoice 30 days prior to the increase.  The technician failed to notify in written of the rate increase.  Since this was brought to our attention we immediately credited the customers account.  The customer requested a statement of account which was provided on May 12, 2023 (via email).  Due to the limitations of the software program we are not able to download a statement of account which reflects these changes only the current activity.  We addressed this with the customer and asked that they log in to the customer portal which will provide the information being requested.  On March 28, 2023, we mailed the customer a refund check for $ 205.05 which cleared our bank.  This refund did not include sales tax therefore we owe the customer an additional $ 14.90, which will be processed today.  The customer will have the $ 14.90 by May 17th, mailed via first class united states postal services on May 12, 2023.  (email chains and copy of check stub attached)

      I hired Dave's Pest Control to remove rats from a rental unit I own In Ormond Beach, FL. They set traps but did not catch any rats. The tenant says she sees them and sees their droppings every morning. After one month, on Sept. 20, 2022, Dave's Pest Control removed the traps without catching even one rat and they say they did their part. They refuse to refund my $350 and I will now have to pay another company to remove the rats.

      Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/10/19) */ I have reviewed this account, and though it was explained to the customer that one-time rodent services are not guaranteed both before and after the service agreement was signed by the customer, we would be happy to issue a full refund. I have attached the correspondence between the customer and our office manager for reference.
