      Daves pest control has me on a quarterly plan that charged me $120 every three months or $40 a month. My thought process was they would send a technician out one time a month since I was being charged $40 a month for their service, but I came to find out that they sent a technician out once a month to spray the property and thats the reason I still have roaches ants and wasp. Theyre gone for a couple days after the visit but they come right back. I called to cancel my service and they told me that I owed $120 from May 31 to June 1 for one service and that is ridiculous, I will ask if I could get Money back since Id be canceling in June and my next appointment was in August *** they refused to even give a discount on the service. They said they would not let me cancel if I didnt pay the $120. This is a complete sham and I would recommend anybody to stay as far away from them as possible.!!!

We value all customer experiences and would like to address your concerns.We listened to the sales call with the customer, and what was sold to the customer was clearly and correctly sold. The customer confirmed their understanding of pricing and service schedule. We offer four services quarterly per year with a guarantee that we will come back in between these services if there is ever a pest issue. We charge $40 per month for this service. We strive to ensure lasting protection with each service, but we understand that recurring pest issues can be frustrating and will come back if follow up service is required.The $120 fee mentioned was for the service provided on May 31st. Since the service was already rendered as agreed upon, we would not waive the fee.
