  Mand ******** is excellent asset to Solcium Solar, he has technical and sales background which added to my experience. He was punctual, informative and accessible. He gave a clear understanding of what the system could do and how it could benefit me overall. I have recommended him several times. The office team was both supportive and updated me on a regular basis such as the interconnection with Duke and when it was imminent. The installation was far none. Small install issue with a breaker that had manufacturer issue which was resolved quickly. Overall, the install went great. Every person who has pulled up to my house, they have been covered in Solcium gear, so you know they aren't subcontracting their work and who's working on your property. Satisfied Customer!

  My husband and I have been interested in solar for a few years and I had a friend who recommended Solcium. I interviewed 10 different companies and they gave me a lot of cheesy sales pitches but Mand from Solcium took the time to examine the difference between the contracts the companies were proposing and how they looked pretty on paper but really weren't. It was comforting knowing that we had 30-year warranties on the system for all parts and repairs backed by a third-party insurer (SolarInsure), and that so many downtown Sanford businesses are switching to solar with Solcium as well. The office staff has been great, providing a lot of communication via calls and texts. The installation and interconnection with Duke went smoothly. I like the fact that they sent a rep out to go over everything now that it's up and running.

  The Solcium team from start to finish has been amazing. They take their time to explain the whole process of using solar energy. My husband and I were very skeptical at first, but soon realized the value of using solar as they used modern technology to educate us during the presentation. After the installation, they sent a very knowledgeable technician to educate us on how to use the system and monitor our usage. We are looking forward to saving money!!

  I am so happy that we chose Solcium for our solar. We knew we wanted solar and initially went with another provider but we went with the wrong provider not doing our homework. Luckily we went over the reviews from this other provider and realized quickly we made a mistake. That's when we looked online and first checked out the providers reviews. Solcium had great reviews so we called them and another provider. Solcium contacted me same day and sent a representative out within a few hours. The person who came out to speak to us name was Mand. Mand was not a "sales" person. We discussed what we were looking for and he helped educate us look at guarantees over quick gimmicks. He believed in his company and instead of selling solar to us, he just took time to talk about pros and cons of solar. Once we were satisfied, we got the information in writing and asked to think about it. During the process, Solcium was in contact with us every step of the way. I never had to reach out to them to find out what was going on or ask about timeline. They were very communicative and I knew we made the right decision. Our installation, inspection and turn on went very smoothly. I would assume that was it but no, not Solcium. Even after our turn on service, they contacted us to discuss and review everything including the app and go over the system again to ensure we did not have any questions.. I would highly recommend them over and over again!

  I started looking into solar to save money on electricity. All the companies I looked at were in the same price range but after seeing Solcium's benefits and warranties I was sold. Ryan was my sales rep and he was great, he explained every aspect of it and how much I would be saving. The communication from their staff was good, they let me know about every step along the way. The installation team was great. They knew exactly what they were doing and got it done. I heard a lot of horror stories and misinformation about people who went solar with other companies and that wasn't my experience at all. We are totally satisfied with our decision.

  Our experience with Solcium was the best I've ever had dealing with a contractor from start to finish. Thomas, Steve, and Sebastian exceeded our expectations and are role models to be emulated and should be training others if they aren't already. The product and its installation are phenomenal and it itself has exceeded its expected performance. The office staff was very professional, promptly returned calls, and expeditiously took care of whatever I needed. What else can I say? In every way, everyone exceeded our expectations.

  Diana and Marco were my reps and they were amazing. I was hesitant about going solar but when they came out to explain everything, it was a conversation and the education was top-notch. They made sure we knew everything, it was broken down so that we could understand and digest all that information. Karla from the office was amazing, she was sweet and to the point providing updates. She was professional and always addressed me as "sir." The install team was 1000% recommended. They were amazing. They would always ask about going in the backyard, ask about coming in the house, provide updates every hour, and are very professional. I can't get over the amount of education they provided us and knowledge is power. It was a great experience from start to finish.

  Solcium Solar Review:
  We had a very positive experience from the solar company. I would use them again and highly recommend the company. When we first started looking to find out more about solar power for our home, they were one of several companies that we contacted and got a bid from initially. They were very competitive on the pricing and did not push us for a commitment. We were at a place where we needed a few months before we were going to make a decision and they were the only company who contacted us after the date we set. The whole process was very easy, we were kept informed regularly about the paperwork from the county and electrical company that needed to be processed. After the installation was complete, they followed up made sure we were happy. The contracts were easy to understand and we feel they will always be there fir questions and concerns in the future.

  Great Communicate when it comes to the installation of the solar and the working with the energy company to get my meter changed out.
