  HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I will say the system is amazing, we got it installed about a month after closing in our home in 2021 and we have never had an issue until march of this year, 2025! We had the company come out in march/ April 2025 to service our machine, it functioned properly for maybe a day. We noticed the machine making odd, very loud noises (that our neighbors could hear and complained about) non stop so we called the after hours number, left messages, sent emails and all we were told was that we had to pay the service bill in order for them to come back out and fix the problemplease make that make sense. You want me to pay for a service that caused an issue in order for you to come back out and fix said issue. I wish we would have never spent the thousands of dollars on this equipment and went another direction. So we are currently stuck paying for a broken machine thats not working and nobody willing to do anything! ******** customer service, rude employees 10/10 do not recommend!

  ITS A SCAM! These people will send out DOZENS of $100 gift card mailers and you can only get it if you let them come into your home and test your water. A technician came into our home and did his little test. Not only did he claim our filtered fridge water was somehow MORE contaminated than our UNFILTERED tap water, he also made some pretty sexist comments claiming my wife must do all of the cooking, cleaning, dishes, and laundry. The water test is FRAUDULENT, they add mixed chemicals that boost the hardness and chlorine in the water samples with little droppers. Also a coagulant that makes it look like your water is murky and full of gunk. I went to ********** and bought a water test kit and what do you know, my water is completely FINE! Hardness, PH, and Chlorine levels were well within safe levels. Still never received my $100 gift card either.

  Your demonstration was done on Saturday 4/26/25 and you submitted this review on 5/2/25... I'm sorry we did not process your gift card request fast enough for your liking. Your request is being fulfilled this week. I can assure you that there is nothing fraudulent about any of the tests that were performed. The tests are designed to show what is in the water an allow consumers to decide if they want improve their water. Although hardness and chlorine in your water is acceptable to you... it is not to everyone.

  Thats really interesting how you dont have anything to say about your technician being rude and sexist. Its also interesting how my water test did not yield the same results done by your technician. Its EVEN MORE INTERESTING that I had another company come out Tuesday 5/6/2025 and they said a water filter isnt necessary for my home because the water isnt hard water as your tech claimed it was. Or the chlorine levels werent as high as your tech claimed they were. Your tech claimed my filtered fridge water was dirtier than my unfiltered tap water from the kitchen sink. That makes no ********* ARE fraudulent. You send dozens of welcome to your new home, heres $100 to get your techs in the door and then you try to take advantage of them. How shameful. Business must be good if you can afford to pay people $100 because you sell them $2,000 water systems for $12,000 before offering bogus discounts and use scummy tactics to try to pressure them into signing.Dont be upset though. Ive written a letter to the attorney general and will be letting everyone know about this scam of yours. And thank you for the $100, its the least you could do for wasting my time.

  We splurged on this exorbitant $9000 water filtration system from ***** a bit over two years ago when we moved into our new home. Initially, we were content with the water quality, but the system ceased to function. In the first year, the system started failing in May 2023, so I reached out to the corporate office. It took them two months of relentless follow-ups to send a technician under warranty, at no cost. ****, the service manager, diagnosed a faulty board and ordered a replacement. He replaced it, but it was merely a temporary fix. After six months, the system failed again. I contacted the service manager, but received no response. I had to ***** ******* and ****, the rude and dismissive call center representatives at the number listed on their website, for three weeks. They were condescending, cut the call to avoid addressing my issues, and constantly reminded me of the $150 service fee just to diagnose the recurring problem without any real resolution.Finally, tech ****** showed up and claimed that our solar charger was not working due to its position, and that the battery was dead. He suggested a costly fix involving a DC connection and annual battery replacements at an additional $99, not to mention the perpetual $150 service fee for each ******** a verified purchaser, it is clear to me that their warranty holds no value once they have your money. Save yourself a colossal headache and steer clear of **************** Don't expect them to back their product or honor their so-called lifetime warranty. This company is fraudulent and a bunch of scammers. Stay far away!

  I am dissatisfied with the water softener system company installed at our home in 2022. The experience with product and service has been highly disappointing, and I feel misled by the promises made during the purchase.We were charged nearly $10,000 for the installation, with the assurance that no additional costs would be incurred beyond the agreed price. However, since the installation, we have encountered multiple issues requiring service4 to 5 times to date. The company now demands a $150 service fee for each visit, along with additional charges for maintenance such as battery replacements or other system defaults which may go upto $500.This recurring expense is unacceptable, especially when it contradicts the commitments made by the salesperson/marketing team. We were told this system would save us money by eliminating the need to purchase outside bottled water. Instead, we find ourselves spending significantly more, including an ongoing cost of $80 every three weeks for salt, which we had initially agreed to but did not anticipate additional service costs of this magnitude.Moreover, the customer service experience has been appalling. Representatives have been rude, unhelpful, and unwilling to provide clear explanations. Calls are often disconnected, leaving us frustrated and without solutions.I am still curious to understand a clear explanation of why these additional costs were not disclosed upfront, waive the service fees for the issues we have already ************ and clarify the ongoing maintenance and service policy to ensure transparency moving forward. I hope your company will address this issue professionally and honor the commitments made at the time of sale.I look forward to your response within 3-7 days.

  I am sorry that you are dissatisfied. Your system does have a lifetime warranty and as I review your file I see that we have performed service on 2 occasions and you have not been charged for those. Batteries are obviously not covered by the lifetime warranty. We do stand ready to service all our customers and honor the manufacturers warranty. Although there is a charge for service there is no charge for warrantied parts. The service fee is not "demanded" but there is a cost.

  Most terrible experience me and my fiance got. ***** rep came for info and we loved the idea of having confirm with him that our payment cant be more than 74$ and he made his calls he confirmed that our payment will be that much and we shouldnt worry about the interest since his boss was working on it. He never ever mention any interest rate and didnt tell us our rate was *****%. They already installed equipment and his boss came when I was at work. He sent m paperwork while I was at work and asked me to sign without going over anything and I found out that it is not their policy when it comes to esign. FINANCE MANAGER **** CONFIRMED THAT and after he supposed to talk with both sales person he was going to call us back and it did not happen. Its been a month and h does not return our calls or emails. What a scam

  They came out and tested our water promising us a $100 gift card, the young girl came out at the time agreed to but said she left her equipment home so we set it up for same time the next day. She came out and spent about 45 minutes and found our water good. Month later and having been hung up on 3 times and called a liar we never did get gift card. She told the office we didn't want the test and that she didn't do it. Here name was *******. Worst company we have ever delt with. Use due care.

  We had a water test By Entek Water last December and we decided to get the equipment installed on our whole house. The water quality changed dramatically, and we have enjoyed the differences in the feeling on our skin and the taste and smell of the tap water is completely different. We called for service last week and they came out for free to reset the system and do full inspection and everything is working great. Thanks

  We bought a water system almost 3 years ago and at first heard from other people that we paid to much. We had just had our first baby and I wanted the cleanest water possible and the least chemicals in our house. Everything worked great for the first 2 yrs., until it didn't. You can tell when the thing isn't purifying the water like it should, so we called and they came out to fix it. It worked fine until about 2 weeks ago and we had to call again. The next morning they sent out a service manager who said he couldn't fix whatever was wrong so he left, my wife called me and was pissed. The guy came back in the afternoon with another guy in tow, and they debated as they took it apart and took pictures. After an hour of messing around with it, they told my wife they were replacing the whole system with a brand new one and sending ours back to the manufacturer and it was covered under our lifetime warranty. I was blown away(still am), we did pay $150 service call charge but they did include a salt fill and gave us a $100 credit toward any of our future organic soap orders. I rarely take time to comment on companies, but I am rarely surprised in a good way these day.

  I’m very happy about our system. I never drank the house water in any house we’ve lived in because I was always worried about it. With this system I only drink the house water now and I am glad that it is running through the whole house. Everyone that came out was super professional and they were actually able to Install the same day.

  They LIED!!! we NEVER received our gift card! FALSE ADVERTISING1 We had them out to the house on January 5th, 2023 to give us an analysis on our water, as we had just moved in. The tech John Adams showed up on time, and was here for almost 2 hours. We were ask at time of appointment to select a gift card of our choosing and we choose *****, and we have yet to receive as of this review - January 30th. Both my husband and I have reached out and left numerous messages and emails with NO RESPONSE.
  DO NOT GET SUCKED IN!!!!
