      Worst company ever they promise stuff and then they come and do their test and the tech tries to scare you by telling you that your water is going to give you cancer. total worst company ever. would never recommend or use.

      We purchased a water softener system from this company in June of 2022. Since that time it has stopped working three or four times. Each time we call the service number, which is never answered, and leave a detailed message. No call back, ever. We started using the Emergency number and after three to five messages we would get a return call. The technician comes and get us back online until the next time it fails and we start this cycle all over again. They have the worst customer service we have ever encountered. I would never recommend them. If it was possible to leave negative falling stars we would. Sure wish we had looked them up on the BBB before purchasing. a 2.24 out of 5? They ought to be ashamed and embarrassed.

      I share your frustration. Our records show that every call you made to our office (after hours) were indeed returned the next business day. They also show that you did not answer those calls. The Emergency number is for after hours emergency services (not routine services). In an effort to better service your individual needs and schedule we are now communicating with you via email starting the date of this review. You have had 1 service call (not 3 or 4) since the unit was installed which was for a dead battery, which unfortunately happens.

      We had a softener system installed this past April. We were told this system would cover the entire house and that we wouldn't need a separate drinking purification system. We bought the lie hook, line and sinker. We just had our water tested by a reputable company and our water tested terribly. None of the chemicals from fertilizer are being taken out. The only thing it was doing is taking out chlorine. Big price for nothing. Also, it's solar operated and that quit working. Now we are stuck making payments on this over priced system that doesn't do what we were told. We don't recommend them at all

      I am sorry for your bad experience with the unnamed "reputable company" trying to sell you additional equipment you don't need. These companies go behind reputable companies like ours (we have an A+ rating with the BBB) and do fake tests trying to scare you into additional equipment. I certainly hope the "reputable company" did not tell you there are chemicals from fertilizer in your municipal water supply (that is a lie)! As far as the system not working, we have no records showing you have ever called here for service (888-843-6835). The screen is unlit to save power, if you press any button the system will "wake up".

      Of course, this could have been explained with a phone call to our office (888-843-6835) instead of going straight to a public forum.
