Company will NOT respond to me. Im having an issue with my battery. Its not supplying voltage correctly. When I connect my motor to the battery, it drops from the nominal 78V to 40V instantly with only 1 amp being drawn. This has never once happened in the months I have owned this. The strange part was that the battery should last around 5 or more hours with the motor at full load and this issue occurred within 10 minutes of use. I watched as the voltage suddenly dropped from 77V when using the motor to 40V out of nowhere. I attempted to disconnect the motor and see if the battery would reset but the battery kept bouncing back and forth from 40V to 70V. I assumed maybe it was the overcurrent protection or overheat protection and tried resetting it by charging the battery. I checked the battery and it was not overheating and it should have not tripped the overcurrent protection because I installed a 40amp fuse. I attempted to charge the battery but it wont get recognized by the charger. It keeps bouncing from 40V to 70V. I checked the connections and verified they were tight and the cable was not damaged. I believe something is wrong internally with the battery. Its acting like something is wrong with the *** causing the voltage to drop and the charger to refuse to charge it. How could I continue with this issue? Is there a reset procedure? I dont want to open the battery because I believe it would void the warranty.

The owner is a hot headed ********. I purchase 2 24v 60Ah batteries from him and both ended up going bad when i call to have them replaced he gets mad and accuses me of mistreating the batteries. He has yelled on the phone and cussed at me on the phone. He isn't interested in anything about customer service. He will charge you $80 shipping to replace a battery. So far I have paid $80 for two batteries to be replaced ad now he wants $160 for one battery I sent back that he says nothing is wrong with. I tried to reason with him but all he does is **** and cuss and tell me to take him to court. There are better places to get your batteries!! BEWARE!!!

The customer bought the two original batteries two years ago and got a replacement for one of them five or six months ago. After he complaint that both batteries were bad, we paid for return labels to bring the two batteries back to us. The battery that we replaced six months ago was misused, the LED meter was misconfigured, so we fixed that here at no cost. We told the customer to only pay for the cost of the return label and the shipping label for the battery we fixed for him at not cost and also pay for the shipping cost of the other battery and here we are. We stand behind our products but we don't have to pay for shipping or returning costs. He ended up paying for these costs and said he was going to removed this review. We did try our best to help this customer.

    Hi ******,

As we have notified you via text after you placed this complaint, we have already paid for the additional fees for changing the shipping method we agreed on, you paid for DDP sea shipping and now the two 12V300AH batteries will ship via air next week because this is the only way we can get the batteries to your door. I will share the tracking number once I receive it from our forwarder. We've told you that batteries were going to take from 35 to 40 days to arrive, you placed the last order on December 1st. Please be patience. I want to apologize for any confusion or misunderstanding and I took responsibility for the extra charges and we are losing money.  The most important thing for us, it's customer satisfaction. We honestly were unaware of the recent changes on sea Hazmat regulations for LiFePO4 batteries going to ****** and now, lithium batteries are only allowed to be sea shipped to ******** port and not any other ports in the archipelago. Again, the only way to get the batteries to you is via air and that is why the change in shipping price but we have paid for it.

    Respectfully,
