    I recently purchased a battery from Lithium Battery Store. When I received the battery I immediately proceeded to install it in my boat, to my surprise it wouldnt fit in battery compartment. The specs for the battery were listed on the website but I just figured it would fit. So after finding my mistake I called the company to tell them I wanted to return the battery. The gentleman I spoke with told me no Problem. There was no hassle at all, he was very polite and professional.

    Once you buy the batteries they are yours. Owner will not work with you. Read closely before buying. Lot of loops to work through if you wish to return new product unopened..

    Mr. *********************** bought two 12V100AH 4S batteries on Saturday March 25th paying from our website paying with PayPal and his order was shipped on Monday March 27th and the two packages were delivered by *** on Wednesday March 29th, the same day the customer opened a dispute with PayPal stating that he never receive the imtes and that he tried to contact us via email and phone, and never got an answer. He never contacted us via phone nor email.


    Before responding to the dispute, I contacted ****************** via phone call and I told him that we never got any calls or emails from him and that he should've contacted us before starting a PayPal complaint. I informed him about our 15 day return policy and that we were part of the BBB and we always tried to work with our customers and he replied that he didn't have to pay for restocking fees nor return labels and that our company was a fishing scam. I decided to tell him that we were going to handle this complaint via PayPal and ended the call to avoid further insults.


    After showing proof of order fulfillment to PayPal, customer changed the dispute reason from items not received to Item not as described. We showed PayPal that we shipped the two 12V100Ah 4S batteries that customer bought online and PayPal closed the dispute in our favor and now he is giving us a one star here. 


    We think we acted responsibly and according to our policies explained in our website. We always tried to work things out with our customers. Customer satisfaction is our number 1 priority, but we are not willing to take insults and lies from customers.
