    On 7-17-23 we called Stanley Steemer of Sarasota ** for estimate to clean all our floors, both carpet and tile. I had exact square footage of our house and was verbally quoted $460. We removed all furniture and cleaned first, and they arrived 7-21-23 to clean all the floors. Immediately upon arrival their tech says entry way, hallways, and grout sealing would be another $300. I fiercely objected and said we were quoted $460, but to no avail. Tech said we either leave,(not do floors), or you can talk to our manager when done about pricing. I relented, since we had all furniture removed. They did floors in 90 minutes, carpet, tile, and sealing grout. The quality was terrible: carpet, tile, and grout was still dirty AND, they damaged a long cabinet, hitting the bottom with their equipment. We reluctantly paid and I called their office to speak with a manager but was told hes unavailable and would call me back. Were still waiting. I tried to cancel charge on my credit card but was not successful. I strongly feel they defrauded and purposely misled me about the price. And they did a terrible job. We have pictures of the damage and poor quality. I am demanding a full refund. Can you help?

    05/26/23 Stanley Steamer came to my home to clean wall to wall carpet, put on carpet protection, and grout color sealant for 6 rooms. They didnt complete my laundry room. I can not match the grout color sealant. I was told after the fact, the guys dont move washer and dryers. I didnt ask them to. I would move them. They lied and said they took care of it. I found out this wasnt done when putting the room back together. I have called multiple times for *******, cs. ****, manager. Even emailed, called their corp office in ******. No one offers any help.

    Long story short, it appears the 1 phone call we received for **** was overlooked and we apologize for that. **** reached out to ************** and offered to apply the color seal underneath appliances and she respectfully declined.. She was just wanting the color seal which was not a problem. **** scheduled to deliver the color seal with a brush on 6/23/23. Ms. ***** appeared to happy with those arrangements and the delivery was successful.
