    First of all Id give a big fat 0 stars if I could. I was charged $404.00 for an ** 1 rug in L/R, and my ***room has a Queen *** (cant be moved or taken out) w/ 2 small strips on both sides and a walk thru approx 3. They charged me for the FULL room. In L/R they told me the rugs in bad shape, its not and I had to tell them it still looked dirty and re-cleaned 1 spot. The table and chairs attached to L/R carpet is 40x56. And I had to tell them to move the table to clean it fully. The also cleaned 2 recliners approx $140.00 Included in price. I could have got someone else (after the fact) for 5 rooms and the hallway for $139.99 (plus the chairs would be separate charge even though I have an **.)I believe I was over charged by Stanley Steemer. Was told I agreed to price before they started but I signed everything after they were done. They also walked around my ** in their shoes and no footies on their shoes. It should not of charged as much for the ** and didnt give a discount even though I told the company about their percentage off, I saw online. Please call someone else. This is a 0 out of 5 review
