The Garden Circus have a show in ***** Fairground on sunday 11/12/2023, me and my wife came with my kids 4 years old and 8 month to enjoy the show. We only could be there less than 20 minutes because the music levels was so high that my son with 4 years old couldn't resist the high volume on his ears. The volume on live show allowed are under 100 decibels with peaks of 107 decibels maximum. There is no even one sign warning the attendance for the disturbing and harmful noise levels. We request by mail a reimbursement of $140, but the answer of Event Coordinator *************************** refuse to reimburse beside the ridiculous excuses that nobody ever complaint about the noise levels: "... We have had over ******* attendees this year and close to ****** attendees just this past weekend and this is the only complaint we have had about the noise level...." then she continue "...We have a strict no refund policy and your request does not fall under any circumstance for which I can approve a refund..."What biggest circumstances can fall under that "policy" than just be there less than 20 minutes because the sound was affecting my kids ears. After this incident, I did a research, and i have seen the numerous complaints and legal problems this Circus have been involved during the years, which indicates they are not doing the right thing.

The show was good, nothing crazy but could be the right entertainment of couple hours for your kids. Just to the entrance 4 small horses tied and placed in a circle in a pen as if it were a living carousel. those poor animals were in the heat (84 degrees), so dirty that the stench could reach a mile away. they were sad and scared with their heads down because they were obviously afraid of further mistreatment. plus they asked you $14 to go on a tour, which was allowed not only to children but also to adults. Can you explain to me how a pony can do such a job?? but then wasn't the circus banned from exploiting animals?? they did it with elephants and they banned it, so they thought it best to change the animal?! smart or stupid?! I would put a rope around their necks to walk around in the sun all day!!! I invite them to be more human. Thank you

I don't know why this place has so many bad reviews because I really enjoyed the show. We had for young children with us and all of them were entertained the entire time. The performers did a great job! We bought the $14 ticket specials and I feel it was well worth it. I did take one star because they do nickel and dime you in the kids area. But that's not all that different from most places now in days. And if you don't want to spend the money you don't have to. Also sometimes our view was blocked by the tent poles and scaffolding. But there were enough empty seats that we were able to simply move one way or the other so we didn't miss much.
Now to address some of the other complaints I've seen; yes, there are people walking around trying to sell stuff throughout the show, but they're not aggressive or in the way. I purchased my tickets online and had no issues with the kids being free. Yes, some of the performance outfits were revealing, but I don't feel like it was overly inappropriate for my 4-year-old. The food was a little pricey, but still less than a lot of other shows that have been to. And the temperature inside the tent was comfortable. Being that we're in Florida and it's always hot, that's an accomplishment. Neither the show or the intermission fell overly long. Overall I would definitely come back. It was a fun night!

It says climate controlled but it is so hot under the tent that we may need to leave early. A lemonade or slurpy is $12. Parking is $20. Biggest rip off ever and the show hasnt even started.

I understand it takes a lot to put a show like this together, and no doubt the performers put a lot into their acts, but for a show that is advertised as family friendly, I left feeling like the two seven-year-old little girls I took to this circus did not need to see three grown men take off their jackets and dance around naked from waist up. I also felt the female costume designs were entirely too revealing for something small children are watching; it's unnecessary to have the costume ride up the girls' rear ends....this wasn't a Victoria's Secret fashion show. That was my biggest concern. Second, please make it known that all the extra stuff you advertise besides the show is not included in the ticket price. We paid $60.00 for tickets to the show, and maybe I missed something, but the bounce house slide, face painting, pony rides, etc. all cost additional money we did not account for because the way it was advertised made it sound like it was included. We even checked the site again to be sure we didn't miss something....we didn't see anything stating these things cost extra. $7.00 a ticket and all of it was at least two tickets for each amenity. It was an additional $28.00 just for the girls to get their faces painted. It was a HUGE regret coming early. The girls wanted their picture taken with the dinosaur during intermission....I didn't think that was going to cost anything because the photo was taken with parents' phones....nope $14.00 for that....for what? You were using cell phones! We ended up walking away from that. The concessions were ridiculously overpriced....$8.00 for a bag of popcorn...really? $20.00 for parking, also insane. Something we thought was going to be a pleasant experience cost us in excess of $140.00 for children to watch grown adults dance half naked in front of them. It wasn't embarrassing at all having to explain that to my daughter's friends' mother. I won't be back, and I won't suggest anyone take children to it.

Overpriced for what it was. Concessions ridiculously overpriced, pushing upsells everywhere. Some acts were pretty good, mostly same old stuff and too many scantily clad women for a family show. Intermission was 30 minutes (too long) after 1.25 hours of show, followed by closing 15 minutes. Skip it, look for something else. At least the animals (dogs) seemed ok.

High priced tickets for a mediocre mostly dance act performance. Very few interesting acts and facility had signufucant air conditioning issues. It was sweat box. Bring an extra $50 per person for a soda, ice, hamburger and popcorn. Grounds under the big top were extremely muddyvand an extra $50 per person for a souvenir. Clown was not funny at all.

This was my family's first time to a circus ever. This was the worst and I mean WORST! that I'm shaking upset because our experience was ruined. We had 2 free kids tickets with 2 adults. So my girlfriend and I split the order up. First off the lady at the box office barely spoke English because I told her 3 times ONE adult ONE child with coupon for free child. she rang me up finally and sent to my phone number but i didnt get it the first time, it took 4 times of yelling my number and finally she gave me a paper and pen to write it because she didn't seem to understand. She didn't tell me price before ringing it up, she just swipe card and verified that i got the text/tickets. I checked text alert from bank before leaving window and she didn't give me free child. We argued because she kept saying child is 20 and fees and such. I was so upset, im not going to lie i caused a scene and she finally understood and proceeded to take several long feeling mins to refund me by email the child ticket Meanwhile we are missing the circus act. By the time we got in there it was a good portion into it the show. AND my girlfriend was charged slightly extra for same exact tickets. I don't know what kind of business they are running I'm never going back. Then there's the issue of online price of $38 yesterday for todays show but $60 at the door, we were not sure we would make it in time so we got at box office to avoid an even more ridiculous "convenience fees". We're just overall upset at our experience and honestly I wanted both orders to get refunded even if only partially. This is absolutely unacceptable treatment of your guests. And when I wanted to talk to a manager the lady at the door also had no clue what I was asking. Finally I told her I want to talk to someone that takes care of problems and she gave me an email. Never going again. I should have read other reviews here before going. Biggest waste of $139 on what should have been $80 or less.

We at Garden Bros Circus take customer satisfaction very seriously and want each customer to have an enjoyable experience. We thank you for taking the time to write in.

We have received your email requesting a refund for the circus event in **********************. We apologize if there was confusion or language barrier when purchasing the tickets. To receive a free kids ticket you would have needed to provide either the physical coupon or the downloadable image which can be found on our website. I see that you purchased your ticket at 7:15 and the child admission was refunded at 7:23. Your girlfriend purchased tickets at 7:25 and all tickets were scanned in at 7:27pm. Our show does begin at 7pm and we suggest arriving one hour prior to showtime to purchase tickets and have time to find a seat. It did only take 2 minutes from the time of purchase to being checked in on one set of tickets and 12 minutes on the other set of tickets. This maximum 12-minute time frame would not account for you missing over 45 minutes of the event.

We do sell a limited number of discounted tickets for $14.50 online. From there prices start at $30. Once $30 tickets are sold out the price then goes to $32 and so on until they reach a maximum price of $60. Adult GA tickets are $60 if purchased at the box office. Parking is $15 online and $20 if purchased once you arrive. Purchasing online in advance gives you the benefit of not having to wait in line at the box office, as you can wait directly in line to enter the show. Purchasing in advance online also gives you access to discounts on tickets and parking.

We apologize if you misunderstood how our ticket pricing works. We do not have fraudulent pricing advertisements. You can access all information on how our tickets work, pricing of tickets, and show information on our website *******************************.

If you did provide a physical voucher for the free child ticket and were still charged, that issue was resolved by refunding a child ** admission ticket back to your account within 8 minutes after making your purchase. As for the remaining adult tickets and parking, your request has been denied as you do not have sufficient grounds for approval. All tickets purchased were at correct prices, which are as advertised. As stated before a maximum 12 minute time frame from purchase to entrance does not account for the 45 minutes of showtime you claim to have missed.

We hope you can understand this decision.

      Have a great day,
