  The ticket site had a refundable option that costs extra and I purchased it. We were unable to attend the sow due to an emergency out of town, and to apply for a rerun we had to go through a 30 minute process explaining why we want a refund and show available proof. The company is a scam! I never got any money back. I wasted so much money and they scammed me into thinking they do refunds when they don’t.

  Same complaints- $5.20 for Members Mark ****** of water, $10 for popcorn, very inappropriate clothing and behavior for a kids show. NOT TO MENTION my 6yo daughter literally just placed her hands on the sides of the bleacher seat to reposition herself, started screaming HYST**ICALLY and ended up in the ** with an OPEN FRACTURE. Shaved off a large chunk of skin, **** like crazy, have to see a pediatric ortho surgeon. Before we realized the severity (my daughter wouldnt let ** look), we tried asking for a bandaid/ointment/first aid kit and nobody even had any clue where to find one and walked as slow as possibly to go find one. UNBELIEVABLE

  Ive been trying to contact someone through customer service about my ticket purchase via phone calls and emails with zero response. I finally had to just dispute the overcharge with my bank. Seems Im not the only customer with this issue!

  Not worth a cent or any of your time. They trick you and lie saying tickets for parking are $15 and to enter are $30, then you show up and it's $20 parking and $60 admission for 1 person. Huge ploy, take the family out for a day at an arcade or hike instead.

  This was a mess! They were charging $20 to park on a rain filled, muddy and slippery dirt road. It was at the Atlanta Speedway which has thousand of parking spaces for free (the nerve of them). If you still choose to go, buy your tickets online. Online children tickets were $13 so I brought 3 additional children with me. To my surprise, it was $20 + a fee to use your credit card (shame on them). The place was freezing cold. No heaters anywhere. The circus had girls dancing for most of the show that were barely dressed. The toilets', I mean porta potty was disgusting. They had 4 for over 400 ppl. yeap, they were really really, (did I say really) bad with 1 bottle of liquor soap that had been watered down. Never again!!!!!

  We are very familiar with circuses and their cost. Adult tickets were $39. When we arrived they were charging $20 dollars to park in a dirt parking lot. We did not pay and left. We had pre-purchased our tickets.When we wrote a review and also warned others these comments were all deleted...We are told that nobody in the circus industry likes them for several reasons

  Very dissatisfied. Prices were pretty high once you were there. For instance a snow cone which is nothing but ice and flavored syrup was $12. The most disappointing part of the whole thing was that circuses are supposed to be a safe fun place for children. All the female entertainers were dressed in outfits with thongs. That was very inappropriate for children to be viewing. Not the dress code I want my grandchildren to be brought up with.
