On 10/28/24 I received a text from GCCB on my cell # *************) that was addressed to ****** and referenced the collection of an overdue debt at ************************* PA. By way of history, I received a text from ******************* on 2/17/23 regarding an overdue bill for ******. I contacted them on that day to alert them that my cell # was being used fraudulently as a contact number by their patient and they needed to note that on the patient profile. I told them to halt any further communication regarding this bill. I know that my # is on the dark web as a result of the 2022 TMobile data breach. With this information, I request that GCCB cease and desist any further contact of me by text or phone call.Business Response

I randomly received a text message from this company. No explanation was given just a link. Then it wanted my social, I'm not giving this company my social. It wouldn't take my other information for me to get information from them. I've never been to the doctor in ** and I haven't been to any major doctors in almost two years.Business Response

This company continues to contact me with no information in regard to what this is about or any contact information. I do not want to be scammed nd there was an information breach recently. I have no unpaid debts and have no knowledge as to what this can be about. I have no business with them and no signed documentation or no knowledge of any company I work with that does business with them. This company keeps calling my phone and leaving messages to return the call- but do not state the intention or why they are calling. I discovered They are a collection agency- I have no idea who they are, I have never done business with them, and I do not have any outstanding debt. On September 26th 2024, I received a suspicious text messages that included link and a small picture of a generic letter that states I'm being charged for an outstanding debt and my credit is being ruined and the letter included no information regarding my debt ordination, amount, date of debt . The letter was suspicious. I am not sure if this is a complete scam or if there has been an error. Either way, I know I have no outstanding debts and need this to be addressed. Either this is a scam or I need to file fraud charges against this company. I have provided my contact information. I received a collection notice and have never been sent the bill in the first place. I don't believe they even filled this bill with my ****************** I would like to have this deleted from my file since I never received the bill. Today, I received a voicemail from an automated service requesting a callback to a company with a provided phone number, yet no details were given about the nature of the bill or what they were attempting to collect. Given the lack of information and the reviews suggesting a data breach, I suspect this may not be a legitimate collection agency. I want these calls to stop, and should there be any legitimate transactions, I prefer communication through my email address.
