I've been getting calls and in their message, the caller identifies himself as *** ******* with GCCB. I googled the number and it shows the number as Spam. I have blocked that number. This will not allow a digital phone number that belongs to the spam caller, ***** ***** **** ***** ***** ****** *** **** **** ****Gulf Coast Collection Bureau, Inc.

1 starReceived a collection bill for over 200. Called my insurance company with the name of the physicians assistant on th e bill and they told me that name did not appear on any bill. This should not be included as a customer review, but rather a consumer complaint.
We do collection work on behalf of medical providers and have to confirm that we are in fact speaking with the correct party before disclosing any information about a debt or medical account.

Dear Gulf Coast, Ive been receiving your tests & VMs but I honestly dont remember NOT paying a medical providers bill. If I were to get something in writing via mail, Id be more than happy to address the issue.Gulf Coast Collection Bureau, Inc.

We are in receipt of the consumer's request for information that was submitted as a customer review.
We have emailed the consumer at the email address provided in an attempt to determine if there is an account associated with that consumer. If we are able to identify an account, we will send the requested informaiton to the consumer.

Received the same call as others asking for my address and DOB. I believe they are a scam. You would have to be a fool to provide your DOB and address to an unknown person with all of the fraud and theft happening. Debt collectors would tell you immediately what debt they are trying to collect. Run from these guys. BTW it is the same lady calling. She called twice. We would like to point out that this consumer is not a customer of Gulf ********************** but appears to be a consumer from whom we are attempting to collect and account from.
Federal law requires us to verify the identity of the consumer before we are able to reveal information about the debt to avoid disclosing information to someone other than the consumer who owes the debt.
We understand the consumer frustrations, however, compliance with federal law requires our confirmation of consumer identity before we can disclose information about the debt.
