Received a call while at work, and when I answered the lady requested my personal information which I stated I was not comfortable giving out when I don't know who she is or what she was calling for, to which she replied quite rudely "Well, you're in collections, this is Gulf Coast Debt Collectors and you can look us up. We're quite real."

I never thought I would be writing a positive review for a debt collector lol. So *************** I had an outstanding medical bill from an emergency hospital visit about eight months ago. After receiving a few phone calls and voicemails, I did a re-search and determined that gulf coast collection Bureau was indeed, a legitimate company, trying to collect a legitimate debt that I was unaware of. I spoke to a gentleman named ******, who is very polite and open minded in assisting me with taking care of this debt. I might oblige me with the opportunity to schedule a payment for the following week when the funds became available in my account. I was able to call ****** back and get my debt paid in full along with confirmation via email and regular mail. Thank you ****** and Gulfcoast collection Bureau for kindly assisting me in a professional manner in regards to settling this debt info. And thank you too the hospital who assisted me during my time of need as well.Gulf Coast Collection Bureau, Inc.
