      I did business with this company because they epoxied coated a friends garage floor and it was very nice. Initially they only wanted to do business over the phone and email. However, I insisted that I see a salesperson. We agreed on a price and a date was set to do the work. Two young people came and did what I considered a good job. I waited the recommended curing time plus another day. before driving on the floor. A few days later I noticed that the floor was staining from the tires. I called them and the response was to clean it with **** soap. It didn't work. Other problems arose afterwards Including the coating peeling and the underlay curling. I called them and an appointment to come and do a repair was scheduled. The time came and passed without anyone showing up. This was mid to late November 2024. I kept calling a receiving excuses via texts that they are coming and will set a date but never do. It is now mid January 2025 and they keep telling me that they intend to fix the problem but have never verbally spoken to me since the original contact nor have verbally committed to fixing the problem. I have over 40 text messages and responses that placate me. They say they are in business but never do anything to satisfy my problem. When I call the phone number you only get a voice message. Stay away from this company. They are not trust worthy.I'm sorry that I ever trusted them. I thought that they would honor their "life time" Warranty. It is obviously apparent that they do not intend to do so. It also appears that I am not their only customer experiencing this situation. I will now have to find a company to **** or repair the floor at additional cost to me. What a shame. You trust a company, pay them in full, and they do not stand behind their workmanship.
