The staff and employees are incompetent and brain dead. Impossible to cancel your membership without hidden fees. The front desk “manager” at the Tuttle location told me that there was no way they could have cancelled my membership at this location and made me drive to the Beneva location when in fact my membership had already been cancelled at the Tuttle location. Please find competent workers who don’t just sit on their ass all day and have no clue what they are talking about.

I signed up for a personal training package with the understanding that there would be no issues to pause or cancel the sessions, as I have a severe preexisting medical condition. The manager at the time (Leo) who has now quit fooled me into believing there would be no problems if my condition were to become triggered by working out. Within a week, I began experiencing severe attacks and was immediately seen by multiple doctors to be prescribed heavy dose medications. My doctors have ordered me to stop exercising and I have provided the facility with multiple medical certificates and notes supporting my condition and reasons for cancellation. It is absolutely ridiculous that they have rejected the medical notes - and even the possibility of me pausing my personal training until my condition is stable. Legally speaking, forcing me to use sessions that would cause me to be hospitalized is a dangerous path to walk down. I physically cannot render these services, and was ordered by a physician to not do so. I do not think these managers or district managers have any idea what they’re dealing with when it comes to medical conditions and facility-induced injuries/hospitalizations. They are greedy, and if they truly cared about the “health” of their members, they’d be more reasonable regarding the cancelation of contracts and medical conditions. I am awaiting a response from Kenny and Kevin R******** but am very close to contacting my lawyer.
