    Hope you dont have to return anything!!!! They charge you original and return shipping to return an item. I paid $14 to return a $35 part....I could have mailed it myself for $4.00....but you have to purchase their return label. $29.99 part $6.00 shipping $35.99 I paid for item....$7.99 return shipping $6.00 original shipping $13.99 total shipping charged $35.99 minus $13.99 shipping=$22.00 refund...They charge you twice for the original shipping....

    On May 11, 2024, **************** made a purchase of $29.99 plus $6 non-refundable shipping and

    handling. The total charge for the purchase was $35.99. **************** requested to return the item on May 16, 2024. **************** requested to receive the refund back to the original method of payment. As per our company policy, $7.99 was deducted from the refund amount to cover the return label/shipping and handling cost of the refund. The refund total issued to **************** was $22.00 ($29.99 - $7.99 Shipping). **************** stated he was charged two times for the original shipping, but he was charged once for the original shipping during the time of purchase and was charged $7.99 for the return label fee.


    As explained in our return policy, all returns must be processed through Shaft Connects return

    portal. To properly identify and track all returned items, the shipping label must be provided by

    Shaft Connect. Shaft Connect is unable to respond to Mr. ******* statement regarding what it

    costs him to ship merchandise.
