      Mis diagnosis and a charge for Freon for a/c system that still didnt work. Took it somewhere else, where they knew what they were doing and after simply emptying out the Freon Jiffy Libe installed and replaced with new Freon, the system works perfectly. Charged $250 for nothing. They dont know what they are talking about, ****** the manager was unhelpful, ****** the mechanic was clueless-less and *******, the assistant manager was courteous and helpful when my girlfriend was there.

      Thank you for your feedback. Our records show that your vehicles A/C system was low on refrigerant at the time of service, and our team properly recharged it per standard procedure.
      If another shop later evacuated and refilled the system again, that doesnt necessarily indicate an issue with the original serviceA/C performance can vary depending on several factors, including system condition and potential leaks.

      I work for a Fourtune 200 and we have fleet vehicles statewide. We regularly use vendors similar to Jiffy Lube for simple maintenance. I stopped by the location at *********** for an oil change and the tech boy refused to call ******, stating it was my responsibility to provide him with a PO. I've never had an oil change business refuse to call ******/*** for a PO. Maybe the staff at 3101 reserves that treatment for "certain" customers. I called fleet services at our ********************************************* and was told to leave and never go back to that location. I gave Jiffy Lube at ********************** a 1 because 0 was not at option.

      I purchased a Groupon for an oil change. Upon my arrival I was immediately told by the manager that my tires needed rotated. That's not true because I just put brand new tires on my car. The associates began to drain the oil out of my car. I went into the office to start the process of checking out and because I would not provide my personal information the manager decided to stop the process of the oil change and I had to leave with no oil in my car. I was discriminated against because I would not provide my personal information. I have reached out to the owner of this location and all he wants to do is defend his company saying that the oil was never drained out of my car and he has a video to prove that it wasn't but I watched that with my own eyes. Because I got upset I was told that the police were going to be called on me if I did not leave the premises. I then had to take my car to another oil change company which informed me that there was absolutely no oil in my car at that time. I feel as if I was discriminated against because I'm a woman. I feel that this company tried to take advantage of me by making me give my personal information, which I have a right not to disclose as this company was not doing repairs on my car, just doing a simple oil change. This company is not taking any responsibility for what they did and I do not want anybody else to go through the same problems.

      Worst place ever is a long story ***** characters are not enough. But to make it short, I had taken my car to Jiffy Lube on January 29th, 2024 to get an oil change, the car came out of the location leaking oil(by the review this is not the first time happening to a car being worked on by this location) today. After the mechanic done playing mechanic with the car the car didn't want to even start, Jiffy Lube towed it to two different dealership to find out what was wrong, and on March 15th, 2024 the car was towed home, with the engine apart and after they did whatever they did to the car "they cant accept liability for the car" I took the car running perfectly fine just to get an oil change. Now the car is with no power. This is unacceptable now I'm asking for all the invoices of the work done, first they sent me one with a false date, I have sent 3 different emails to *************************** asking for the towing invoices and I'm just getting ignored.

      I went for an oil change on 10/10/23 and was charged $182.86. Several days later I had a large oil spot on my driveway. I immediately called the mechanic and brought my car into Christian ******** in **********. They told me that Jiffy Lube damaged the oil filter housing and I had to pay $911.62 to repair the damage from Jiffy Lube. I wrote to the corporate office and receive an E mail that they would forward this to the franchise owner to handle this. I never heard back from them and contacted corporate again. A few weeks went by and still nothing from the franchise! Today 12/23/23 my husband wrote to them and he got an immediate response from the coporate office that they were denying my claim! They said I should of taken it back to Jiffy Lube, Really, after causing serious damage to my car I'm going to take it back there? I don't think so. The least they could have done was apologize and yet not a word! I think this is a terrible way to conduct business! ***********************

      The worst! The manager is horrible too! Manager just has excuses. I was told my tire pressure was checked and good, they never even checked it even tho my paperwork says they did. They gave me car back with dashboard light on for low tire pressure. Very shady business, I wouldn't trust them. Jiffy lube **********
