    ****** * ****** did an excellent job fixing a water leak under the kitchen sink. He was professional and explained procedure and cost for fixing problem. Excellent job, 5 stars.

    I was very pleased with the person who came to fix our plumbing problem. He was professional, personable, and took care of the problem in a timely manner. Their rates were reasonable too. I will definitely use them again when I have plumbing needs!

    I have used Cooltoday Plumbing to install an RO system in my kitchen.
    Everyone that I dealt with (Wayne the salesperson, the scheduling person named Crystal and the technician named Rudy) were just so friendly and helpful.
    I commend this company for hiring the right people and running a tight ship!

    WOW~~~~Where do I start about this "CRAZY" estimate given to me by the very polite young man, Jorge or George, on Thursday Dec. 5th. He took pictures and then sent them to his office and came back with an Estimate of $2,250 for 2 hose bibs and a Backflow Device for the water system which SHOULD have been about HALF of that after checking COST for ALL of the items needed. The manager of the branch had talked to me and said he'd "ONLY" charge $376 for BOTH of the hose Bibs and $1,500 for the Backflow. So Total WOULD have been $1,876 for the job! I know everyone's DREAM is to become a Millionaire, BUT WOW....with Prices like this that DREAM would be achieved in a couple of years with these prices! I won't share the other companies names with estimates, BUT ALL have come in between $1,100 & $1,400 for the SAME Job. I DO wish Plumbing Today continued success in Charging these crazy prices, BUT I hope all their customers do a little "Homework" before Opening up their Wallets for these prices. I gave a 2 Star only because Jorge or George was a nice HONEST Guy!

    The two men who installed my under sink reverse osmosis system were respectful, knowledgeable, and efficient. A small problem arose during the installation, due to the factory oversight, but was soon resolved by one of the servicemen who put together a special coupling that did the trick. Specific instructions were left as to the initial use of the system, as well as what steps to take if there was any leakage. A job well done!

    These people were FABULOUS! From the woman who answered the phone to the plumber who came out to do the job everyone was so kind and so thoughtful. They understood totally that we were in a stressful situation and did everything they could to provide assistance. They were courteous and prompt and, most importantly, COMPETENT! What a knowledgeable man we had as our plumber. His name is ***** * and I cannot say enough about how grateful we were to have him. A very smart man.

    The young man who showed up was friendly and courteous. He saw the problem in less than a minute and offered several solutions. He rapidly repaired the first issue. He returned the next day with the appropriate parts and completed the repairs. Again, I was struck by his courteous demeanor.I would definitely use this company for any further plumbing issues.
