This company is highly unethical. We closed on our home nearly 11 months ago and our pool is still incomplete. It was supposed to be complete upon closing.

Coast to Coast is a great company upfront, but if any issues subsequent to completion- they are no where to be found. Issues were identified during warranty and the work they did was deficient and the issues continue. Specifically, pavers rusting and pavers sinking. They have been hiding behind the claim the warranty period has expired, which makes no sense since the issues were identified within the warranty period and/or a result of deficient work. For weeks now we have been trying to get someone to return our calls and/or respond to our e mails. There are numerous homes with Coast pools in our development that are experiencing this issue- so its a known problem. There just is no excuse for not returning calls, responding to e mails, and addressing known defects for which Coast to Coast is liable.

Where do we begin? Coast to Coast is an awful company! For starters **** (designer) is quite abrasive. She kept calling my husband OCD and making fun of him at our meeting all while asking us to spend tens of thousands of dollars. She then drops the ball and doesnt get us our paperwork. She shows us one piece of paper that:1. Does not show grout color 2. Does not show screen material 3. Does not show s**** material 4. Does not show how many jets in spa Our choices were:1. Pebbletec 2. Paver color 3. Tile 4. Shape of pool/spa We never had any other optionsWe move in and our cage isnt even installed. They then have CRA install our cage and they get shards of metal all inside our pool (that we cut our feet on and had to clean up for months) and place the cage on top of pavers that have plastic baby gate plugs in them and put a cheap screen in open view. We couldnt even use our spa because they didnt have the gas hooked up to our home. We then go through *********** which was an absolute joke! The kid ****** realizes all of our pool equipment is in backwards and has to scramble to fix them! We have had broken tiles, lied to about cleanings, sinking pavers, attitudes, wrong materials, wrong lights installed, damage by subs, bubblers off centered. Who doesnt center the bubblers like in the drawings? We literally had one spraying the pool cage! We had our screen door ripped by their pool tech and never refunded. They blame our screen ripping on the hurricane. Funny how no one elses screens ripped except the two houses who had the cheap thin screen put in! The list goes on and on! The worst is our spa that in the longest wall doesnt even have one single jet! A $9,000 spa and 4 jets, what a joke. Non-responsive, liars, rude, completely unprofessional! They dont have a contract or our signature in anything to prove we signed off on anything. They need to be held accountable for being such an awful company!

I am so thankful to have hired Coast to Coast pools for my project. Two of my neighbors had each hire a different company and they are still not finished. From start to finish I always had a good feeling. Thank you!

We just had a pool installed by Coast to Coast 2 weeks before Hurricane ******************* just 2 days ago. As new pool owners we had no clue what to do. We called them and instructed us not to do anything since the system was built to handle these kinds of situations. All we had to do was to leave the system on. Long and behold it did. The pool level never overflowed, the screen structure was not destroyed, and the water is ******* clear. Thank you Coast to Coast for your help. *********************************** at ************** *******

I have recently gotten my house closed and the company who built the pool and the cage is Coast to Coast. My personal experience is when we start living in the house the pool was green, full of Algae. From our understanding, Coast to Coast was supposed to maintain the pool in a quality manner, but there was no maintenance done at all. Instead of going with a maintenance package, we took our realtor's recommendation to use another local company to maintain our pool. This company *****-*-***** got our pool up in a great condition. It also told us that Coast to Coast never installed the salt module for the pool which we paid for. We had to chase Coast to Coast to get salt module and pool lights installed 1.5 months after we moved in. And it took another 1 month for Coast to Coast to come back to dump the salt in. What happened to good old fashioned project management? We also paid for an upgrade to get natural tiles installed in the lanai. There were some defective tiles which were laid on the deck. We pointed those out during a walk through with Coast to Coast's pool school, and we were just told this is to be expected because we choose natural tiles. Now I see the pattern from reading several complaints here that Coast to Coast always pushes back to customers rather than making things right. Once everything is working, we are enjoying the pool. But the process of making things right with Coast to Coast was painful.
