    6 months later and the owner will not return any emails. Front desk staff told me (on March 21st,) he's out of country but "he's still working". When I told the desk staff that he's not responding to emails she got rude and said "when he finds time he will reply" While writing this review, the owner emailed me FINALLY, with a date that the repair will conducted on April 16th...... Such a coincidence that I hear back so quickly after telling him I was gonna file a report with BBB. I would be cautious with this company. They do somewhat decent work but the owner has no accountability. Also, the owner INSISTED that the damage was caused by hurricane Ian BEFORE EVEN SEEING THE DAMAGE IN PERSON. It was very humorous to see the techs come here and instantly confirm what I was trying to tell the owner. He kept saying he's NEVER seen this happen in 10 years... At first he told me that MY insurance would cover the repairs. He was so unusually dismissive for someone that didn't have ANY information regarding what had happened.
