  Your tech, ***************************** has been an excellent and consistent support to try and get our sign that was damaged in delivery up to the standards that it should operate at. He has taken over our case and has worked tirelessly and continuously to get us the parts, get the technical support on this end in ***** arranged and has followed up ever text, phone call and email. It is his work that has restored my faith in Stewart Signs. I have led the churches I have pastored to purchase and install four signs over the years and have always had great service until the sign we purchased was damaged in transit. We did not see the damage due to the freight company hiding their mistake where we could not see it until it was completely uncrated. ******* picked up the ball and delivered the service that I have been accustomed too. He along with *************************, who got us connected with ******* after some frustrating initial contacts, was nothing but excellent.   My technician, Michael G., could not have been any more professional in his dealings with us! He was very proficient in dealing with multiple challenges and would not quit until the issue was resolved. I think Stewart Signs needs more technicians like Michael, as I have nothing but great things to say about him and his performance.
