1 starExtremely SLOW company to deal with. We had our new school sign delivered over ONE MONTH ago and as of now Stewart still has NOT trained our staff on usage. The sign is stuck with a default message- giving a bad, unprofessional look for over ONE MONTH.
Jeremiah B***** was supposed to train our staff several weeks ago- no confirmation of the meeting- no call no show by Jeremiah. Tried to reschedule another week, which they did not confirm, another week come and gone. Our staff just sent Jeremiah another email- and received an automated response that he is out for the next 2 weeks. He was supposed to get back with us to setup the training.
Infuriating experience. Avoid at all costs.
Reaching out to our Sales Representative, Alex D** means avoidance of calls, after sales of course, and feels like a could care less scenario. I believe good sales representatives continue to advocate for their client AFTER sales.Review fromSCOTT H

5 stars******** *****, my project manager took great care of me through-out the whole project. From Installation to set up, she was in constant contact with me and readily available.The installation group could have done a much better job with communication was my only real issue.Review fromRoy B

5 starsContacted Brandon in support. Sent him pictures of our sign. He, the same day told me what part our sign needed. We raised the money and ordered the part. I installed the part the same day I received it. The sign started working. I installed the program and it was working perfect. Thank you Brandon for your help.

Our experience with Stewart Signs has been very good. From the time we talked with the sales representative to the delivery of the final part of the sign, we were very pleased.
