    Do not skydive with these clowns! I paid him almost 500.00 last August 2021. I am from Kentucky and drive 16 hrs to get here. Last August when I paid him he came up with every excuse known to man. From the tire bursting and needing repairs which took a week and then airplane went into yearly maintenance. I was in Sarasota a whole for 4 weeks last year and they canceled multiple times. I ask for a refund and they said their company's credit card square would not allow them to give a customer a refund. They say they are ex military and police. I am a first responder (paramedic) my entire adult life. They gave me a certificate saying I could sell it on their site but they keep like 20%. I even purchased for it to be filmed. Fast forward to July 18, I contacted them once again and they scheduled me for next day I was in town which was August 13. They contacted me by text saying they would be closed for 21 days. Same amount of time I am in Florida this year. I live in eastern Kentucky and was destroyed by flash flooding on July 28 2022. We lost 80 % of everything we own including 3 new vehicles. I dont even own a car right now we had to rent one. I told them my story and send pics and they ask me to not send any more pictures that they have 0 emotions involved in my situation. I cant keep returning to Florida every year in hopes these clowns will take me skydiving. They are cutting back to part time already. Next year in August when we take a vacation to Florida they will be bankrupt and they know that. I live 16-18 hrs away and just can't jump in the car and drive here anytime I want.

    Don't go here unless you want months of last minute rescheduling. My husband purchased a skydiving trip for both of us for my birthday in April. It's now August and they have scheduled, then cancelled, our trip about 8 times.. only 2 of which was due to weather. We have 2 young children and we've paid for babysitting numerous times only to find out at the last minute they needed to cancel. Reasons have ranged from an instructor being out to their plane not working. We've been more then understanding as we all know this happen, but this is ridiculous. We asked for our money back because the last communication we got was they didn't know when they could reschedule us and they refused. They offered vouchers that we "could try and resell". I've never seen anyone run a business this way.
