      We were in a difficult situation after hurricane Ian. We had a broken window and needed to leave to go back north after cleaning up our damage. We knew we needed to board up the window, but wanted the window replacement ordered. Sunbelt went out of their way to help us. They had someone there to explain what they could do as well as measure for the new window, We were really happy with the service we received.

      We ordered windows and doors in March 2022. I called them in July and was told they were in’production’. I called back in August and was told they would ship on 9/20/22. I called yesterday (10/26) and was told they are still in production but they are in backlog and did not have a date to give me at all. My husband called today and ‘Roger’ and Roger called back and left a message that they will be shipped 11/18. Today a date but yesterday backlogged? He called a couple weeks ago to question the grids in the windows and was told there were no grids in the order. Our salesman showed us the window and it had grids when we ordered them. Now they don’t? Over $50,000 in windows that are not what we want or were shown. If the have not been made yet, why can they not be made with the grids that we were shown when we ordered?? We will hate them every time we look at them IF we ever get them!!! Will not recommend this company to anyone!
