      It has been 10 months since IKON Windows and Doors installed $70,000 worth of windows and doors at my *************** home. Since that day they have neglected to repair or replace the items that were broken, missing or damaged from that installation. These include: missing trim pieces, a window that will not slide, screens that do not fit, glass that is defective, hinges that are rusted and paint that is damaged. Representatives from **** were at my house in September 2023 and again in January 2024 regarding these issues. Each time they made a list of the same items and promised to order them. Each time I followed up months later they could not locate the order or the items. In April 2024 ***********************, the owner of IKON came out. Once again I showed him the entire list of issues. He personally provided an electronic list of each item he was ordering. In June ********************************* repair all of my items, yet on the morning of the appointment they cancelled. The technician could not locate half of the items. The few items he located required 2 technicians to install and he didn't have a helper. As always, I was promised an update later that day, but 10 days later I have heard nothing. Text messages and email have been ignored by employees and the owner. I have given IKON every opportunity to make things right and have delayed posting any negative reviews but I am done being patient. I am also contacting Action 9 News.

      What an amazing company from the receptionist to the clean up guys after the job is done, You guys went above and beyond, My new windows Front door and sliding glass doors will now keep me and my family safe from hurricanes! Thank you ????
