      Towing provider illegally refused ** access to personal belongings in the vehicle. They stated that we can have the belongings when the truck is paid for which is directly contrary to ******* Statute 713.78(2). Vehicle was taken into their possession on 9/6 however we were not notified via certified mail until 9/20. Additionally, in order to get the vehicle back, they make you sign a damage waiver that absolves them of any responsibility for damage that occurs while towing. They will not let you see the vehicle before you agree to hold them harmless for damage. They essentially hold the vehicle hostage and force you to sign under duress.Finally, I understand that there is no ******* Statute against being a jerk but these people are extremely rude, quick to anger, and seem to take pleasure in causing others misery.
