    Site is plagued with vulnerabilities, user, visitor, and privileged communication privacy risks, wildly irrelevant topic and subject inclusions, grammatical errata, including and especially within their own terms of service, and security issues. Currently in process of controlled disclosure and will continue to make every effort to unf*ck this, with them, in earnest.
    Company should be deeply ashamed of releasing this into production at this wide of a scale. Further, to then have the b*lls to gouge pricing in addition, is movie villain level bravado and hubris. Chef's kiss ?????????

    *** has been wonderful I couldnt have asked for more help. He was very thorough and made sure that everything I needed was taken care of even things I did not expect to need. Hes the best!

    they dont give refunds if your inmate is moved to a facility not on their list so dont pre pay. unethical

    Poor video visit quality and when my brother (the inmate) passed away, they refused to give a refund of my remaining credits. Heartless company that is out for your money and only your money and they should be ashamed.

    Video visitation doesn't work yet, my niece hasn't been able to see her baby daughter this whole time, because the program doesn't even work. I called the support and put in help tickets. They do nothing. No call back, no fix, no refund. They rob you and that's it.
