    This Company is the WORST,WONT FIX TECHNICAL ISSUE, SO CALLS FROM YOUR LO WILL GO THROUGH, THEY ARE SO UNCONCERNED, I WISH THESE COMPANIES, COULD BE SUED,FOR NOT PROVIDING THE SERVICES THEY ARE SUPPOSED ,I SO APPRECIATE GTL More,after this dam Company,At least they try,this place leaves Yoy hanging,got a million tickets,and Noone contacts you back,You are a Joke

    Dont return emails and they definitely dont answer the phones ! They cost me two visits and disabled my account for a year for no reason whats so Ever! Scammers

    The only thing good about smart communications is that you can create an email to talk with the inmates. The video visitation is not state of the art or a good patent. Most the time their visitations do not connect or the facial recognition that only transmits the inmate in your face does not pick up the face it's looking at. The facial recognition square bounces all over the place making it confusing to the person trying to have a visitation. This is just sad because we pay good money for visitations. Going to start boycotting so JPay can come back.

    Everytime my fiance calls it's silent. I don't hear the operator or him. I can't accept the call or anything. This is an on going problem the last time he was in also. I havent spoken to him since he went in this time. And I'm getting upset about it please fix the issue asap.
