I would not recommend the Plumber - Plumbing By Paul to do any Plumbing, Toilet Repair, Water Heater Installation, Toilet Installation, or any Plumbing related activities. I had them come out to a property to get a list of items completed and instead of doing anything that was listed in the items to be completed they decided to pull the toilet and complete a main line service which was not requested and preceded to send me a bill for $425 for the main line stoppage and then an access fee of $150. This was not the work that was requested by the company, this work was not authorized, but was the only thing that was completed. Plumbing By Paul did not complete any of the items that were actually requested by their company and insisted that the bill be paid or they would lien the property. I have requested the documents that show this work was authorized at the property and have not received a reply yet. I asked the business if they would like to come perform the actual repairs that were requested and they would not until this bill was paid for a repair that was not authorized.

Plumbing By Paul was called out to for a customer ******************* stating..... needs drains snaked also something is wrong with her master bath tub.

Our top service plumber came out and accessed the issues. Here are his findings from the work order "  ******** said they werent getting hot water at tub. Ran water and found stem to be swapped backwards. Switched stem back in correct position,  and hot is back on left side. Also noticed shower arm moves more then ususal. Seems screws holding wing ell came loose. Need to open wall up a little to see exactly whats going on, and properly secure it. Customer is having issue with fridge filter. Water line has pressure behind fridge so there is issue going on with flow beyond line to fridge."

Our plumbers ran water in the tub, and the TOILET bubbled meaning there is a section blocked we would not be able to clear from tub drain and we would need to access it from the toilet (picture attached) We pulled the toilet cleared the stoppage and reset it properly. rectifying the "DRAINS NEED SNAKED" issue which is what was called in the price for this service is $425. My plumber also flipped the tub stem where the customer had hot water on the wrong side (picture attached) NO Charge. We addressed the loose shower arm. Found where the Wing ell snapped we offered a solution which would require accessing and securing the loose pipe behind the wall Picture attached CUSTOMER DECLINED. The issue with the refrigerator, which was not part of the original call, was also addressed. The solution to the low water pressure is the filter. Customer stated the would get a new on the had an appliance guy. We took a picture and attached to invoice as reference for them (No Charge)

I am not sure why we never received a call to have a conversation or why only when called to collect we heard there was any issue. We are a local family owned company who works very hard to support our community and offer exceptional service to our neighbors. We will ALWAYS address any issue and try to fix it no matter who's "at fault" the goal is always to Plumb Pinellas with HEART.
