    Worst experience possible. Less than a year after a complete bathroom renovation, the plumbing was backing up. After having the line cleaned several times, I had no choice but to pay the $350.00 camera fee to see what was happening down there. THEY INSTALLED THE DRAIN LINES WITH NO PITCH!!! All the waste is sitting in the drain lines. I'll need to rip out all of the plumbing they installed in my brand new bathroom. In addition they put the shower drain in the incorrect place, they poured the concrete over it after we discussed several times THAT DAY where the drain was going. All the fixtures are falling off the wall in the shower, and this is after they came back and "fixed the issue". Do not fall for these used car salesmen.

    Plumbing by Paul LLC gave us a great bid in August, and then our project was delayed due to roofing issues. **** STILL honored that bid four months later. Even though it is a small ADU and not a large job for him, **** took his time when meeting with my contractor and me and offered advice on fixtures, brands and design, without me ever feeling rushed or pressured. The attitude of "community" is not just a slogan, it permeates this company's attitude and service. I am grateful to know that my project is in their trusted hands and am excited to have them start plumbing our post-fire rebuild tomorrow.
