  I used ********* Roofing to replace my aged shingle roof to an absolutely beautiful metal roof. T As with most roofs that are ***** years old, you should expect some wood decking to showing some signs of deterioration and requiring replacement. They identified areas of concern and communicated with me where and how many sheets would be recommended to be replaced. he quality of work performed was of high caliber from the project manager to the install crew. They did the job in a timely manner and did a fantastic job cleaning up the site every day. Highly recommend!

  We needed a quick repair to complete a solar panel install. **** and ******* were awesome! Good communication and set our expectations at every step. Repair was done efficiently and looks great. Very happy with their service.

  I wish to take this opportunity to commend the workers of Stanleys Roofing *** for the excellent work that they did in repairing the roof on my house. I am very grateful that the team that was assigned to work with me was able to communicate the step by step process that was necessary to complete the project. Their professionalism and skills in communicating with me was evident from beginning to the end. For this I would like to take this opportunity to give them an A++ rating. I appreciate all of them with whom I came in contact.

  We had an excellent experience with ******* Roofing for our new metal roof. Since moving in, **** had numerous renovations done to our house, and this was the first trade company we hired where we didnt have to constantly monitor the quality of their work. Project Manager **** ****** was a pleasure to work with, and we highly recommend him. He was proactive in communicating timelines and keeping us well-informed throughout the installation process. The roofing team worked hard, cleaned up after themselves, and promptly resolved any issues that arose. The job was completed within a few days and everything was handled on their end, making it very stress free for us. Were so grateful that we had friends who had used their services for their roofs and were able to recommend them to us. Our new roof looks great, passed all inspections, and even though it was the biggest project weve done, it went off without a hitch. Highly recommend!

  I had ******* Roofing put a new roof on my house in July 2022 and I have had a leak in my roof ever since the new roof was put on my house. It is going on 2 years since the roof was put on and I have had ******* Roofing come out several times to find and fix the leak but so far, they can't find the or fix the leak. I was told that the leak was because of the cap on my chimney and that i needed a new cap. We put a tarp over the cap and the roof still leaked so that isn't the reason for the leak but I did put a new cap on the chimney and took the tarp off and the roof still leaks.******* Roofing came out one time and one of their employees put his foot through my ceiling. They immediately fixed the hole in the ceiling but did not repaint the ceiling that was damaged. I was told that they couldn't find anybody to paint the ceiling so they told me to have the ceiling painted and send them an invoice for the expenses which I did. However, it took over 90 days to get reimbursed for the painting of the ceiling and during this time I made several telephone calls, sent several email's and text messages to **** who was my only contact and he refused to return my telephone calls, email's or text messages I would never recommend ******* Roofing in the future.

  Stanleys Roofing will be the first storm chaser to show up at your house to get your business and take advantage of people during a stressful time. Once signed and initial payment was made, they disappeared for several months. When reroof was done they disappeared again for several months before gutters were installed which destroyed my landscaping. They filed a lien on my property days before I was even informed of the final payment due. I never received an itemized bill before or after payments were made. I overpaid due to an attorney fee that was tacked on and have been trying to get that money back for months after it was promised and supposedly mailed to me twice. They are liars and scam artists. Sure, they will eventually come and do the work but only if you dedicate hours of your time to complain.

  The low rating reflects my dissatisfaction with the service received from ******* Roofing on a single family home re-roofing project. Although the President and Co-owner, ******, was responsive and addressed many of the issues, the sales representative and project manager acted unprofessionally and incompetently. There were several issues, such as the removal of chimney siding without permission, inaccurate estimates of plywood usage, poorly installed gutters leading to damage, and pressure to pay for incomplete and low-quality work. I had to handle replacing the chimney siding myself, even though the insurance company had approved additional funds after being informed. I was discouraged from contacting the owner, ****** by the project manager. I found that to be unacceptable. After several attempts to contact the listed owner, I finally had a conversation with ******, who made some adjustments to the project. ****** changed the reported plywood usage from 8 to 3, installed all new facia/ drip edge and removed previously installed gutters and reinstalled new gutters. However, ******* Roofing did place a premature lien on my house, which was contested and eventually removed. I recall the experience with Stanleys Roofing as stressful and time-consuming. While the company President may care about customer service and quality of work, they are difficult to contact and employees don't seem interested in the same level of customer service/quality of work. The letter of commencement was dated in June of 2023. The re roofing job on a **** sqft home was completed on November 17, 2023. The lien was filed on 11/14/2023 and removed on 12/19/23. The full payment was released on December 28, 2023.
