    I purchased a mini DVD tape player and upon delivery was not able to play my tapes after charging with a red flashing sign, saying remove tape Unable to charge, and the charging cord broke off first time leaving part of it in the player. I tried to contact tape players several times through email and phone calls and never got a response. I returned the tape player requesting a refund plus my expense of returning, even though they said there was free return but I never received that information.I provided them with a receipt of my purchase with my credit card statement,because I never got a receipt emailed personally through mail or through online email confirmation,.wanting to get fully reimbursed plus shipping.I received and provided the tracking information with them today and I also have it for my records.     We refunded this customer within 24 hours of receiving the returned item. This customer threatened to leave a ******************** complaint, which we responded to within 2 hours and we let them know that we had issued a full refund. Please remove this complaint, as we literally did nothing wrong as a business.

    I purchased a camcorder from tape *********** and it was delivered on September 17th. After receiving the camcorder I followed up via email a couple days later informing tape *********** that the camcorder was not working. The door made a weird sound and it would not open. We were never able to use the camcorder. I did not get a reply. I sent a couple more emails no reply. After I did not get a reply I mailed the camcorder back to tapeplayers.com with my own funds via **** with a copy of the receipt for the camcorder included. The tracking provided show that the camcorder was delivered to tapeplayers on September 26th. I then sent another email informing them that I am aware that they received the camcorder and I was waiting for a refund. Still no reply from tapeplayers. I am asking the BBB to please reach out to tape players on my behalf requesting a refund for the $199 I paid for the camcorder plus $15.10 postage. Total $214.10.

    Ordered a refurbished VCR with item for conversion to digital. I received the item and after using it I determined that I was not capable of transferring the tapes to digital. I sent a message to the company that I was going to return the item. They sent me a label to return the item at their expense. The item was returned, but they refuse to refund my credit card/. I offered to waive the shipping charges($70) but they still have not responded, The item was sent to them on3/27 and received by them on 4/1.
