    Please read through this review to understand why I rated 4-stars instead of 5. I purchased a MiniDV camcorder from tapeplayers.com. I received it and it wouldn't play any of my tapes nor the tape that was supplied with the bundle. I called and spoke with *** who immediately emailed me with a pre-paid *** label and said he would replace the unit. Little did I know until I received a *** notification that *** immediately sent out the replacement before I even returned the faulty camcorder. I commend *** for doing that. The replacement unit arrived and worked perfectly. The only reason I'm giving 4-stars instead of 5 is the original player did not play. The original order was sent the same day I ordered it which is great. I definitely would purchase from tapeplayers.com again.

    I ordered one ******* received it and it was as advertised and expected.Very happy. I ordered a 2nd ******* same experience.I did have an issue with 1 player ejecting the tape. They "went over backward" to resolve it. I don't remember this type of service very often these days.Highly recommend them.

    Received tape player with no instructions . I cant figure out how to use it. Requested a shipping label to return it, but Tapeplayers done not respond. There is no phone number to call..

    Tape Players.com really came through for me. I wanted to make my adult son and daughter digitalized copies of their childhood 8mm tapes. Plugged in my old camera and the player would not turn on. 40 year old video camera. I looked on the internet and found Tapeplayers.com. The took care of everything. Sent me a working video camera with battery. Sent me all the cables. Sent the Battery charger and software. Even a blank new 8mm tape for more 1980s taping fun. Great company. Great service. A+.
