    On January 18th 2023, Cox Services LLC was contracted to construct a deck and bar in the backyard of my property. During the course of the project on February 21st, 2023, the company's representatives, unintentionally damaged the main sewage pipeline, causing a main sewage pipe to break. photos of the damage is attached, along with the plumbing bill that occurred because of this company's mistake. Not to mention the company never came back to clean up the site, finish the job or remove their materials from the property.Despite several attempts to communicate this issue with your company since February 21st 2023, no resolution has been achieved despite the months of dealing with Cox Services LLC. On January 18th 2023, Cox Services LLC was contracted to construct a deck and bar in the backyard of my property, located at ***********************************************. During the course of the project on February 21st, 2023, your company's representatives, specifically ************ ***, unintentionally damaged the main sewage pipeline, causing a main sewage pipe to break. Evidence of the damage, along with the incurred plumbing bill, is enclosed herein. The leak was caught Sunday, March 5th, 2023. Cox Services did show up to fix the leak (attached photo). However since March 6th, 2023. I have been requesting a refund for the plumbing services that were used to find the leak/issue. Despite several attempts to communicate this issue with your company since March 6th 2023, no satisfactory refund check or resolution has been achieved. Hence, I am seeking reimbursement for the aforementioned plumbing expenses and expect an amicable settlement of this matter by May 31st,2023.
