    Hired. The beginning started out wonderful, then there was no communication, being told over and over again the company would be there and no call no show, getting the company back out to finish the job never happened ever after constantly calling for weeks, so now 3 months in still awaiting a refund check for plumbing damages caused by cox services LLC, even though they swore it was mailed. The company never came back to get materials even after promising they would be over and over again, company never cleaned up the job site, company is not answering calls/text about refund check that is still in the mail “3 weeks later”. This was hands on the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a business. BEWARE! Again still awaiting refund check from your business much less the job to be finished. Never again. The pure unprofessionalism is why I will never do business with Cox Services LLC. If you cannot communicate with your customers a clear and effective schedule of work, answer the phones, promise to show up and no show no call but still request payment in full before the jobs ever complete? No this is exactly why people do not pay until job is COMPLETE not to mention the fact the company broke a sewer line causing major issues for us & $$. Now we’re out an unfinished deck, cleaning up their mess & a “refund” check that’s been in the mail for 3 weeks.
