      I received an offer from BF Discount online. As part of the offer, I was promised a $500 voucher which I can use in any store, for example, *******, etc. (Hopefully the conversation was recorded), a book, along with other promotional items, to be mailed to me before making a final decision on whether to continue or to cancel. At the time on 04/07/25, I had to pay only $1.85 for the shipping cost. Unfortunately, despite waiting for the promised items, they were never delivered. I noticed just recently that I was charged by *********** since May-June for $24.83 for a total charge of $51.51, including the shipping cost. On the same date and time, I was additionally charged $1.07 in shipping costs for BF Protection. I do not recall enrolling in this protection. The same company may have duplicated the other call for a $500 voucher to add this protection. I was charged $29.88 on 5/2/25, $29.88 on 6/11/25, and $29.88 on 6/18/25. twice in June, charging a total of $89.64. I want the company to show evidence of the order and evidence of the protection that I received, so I was charged this $89.64. I attempted to resolve this issue by calling customer service yesterday afternoon, 6/18/25, to waive and refund me this total amount, so it will be resolved. The representatives were unhelpful, and BF Discount disconnected the call, stating that I did not cancel in time. My further attempts to reach them afterward were ignored, leading me to believe that this company is engaging in fraudulent ************ Discount just emailed me today, 6/19/25, the promised $500 voucher when my membership was already canceled with no intention to renew. I am requesting that the BBB investigate this misleading advertising, unauthorized charges, and refusal to fulfill promised obligations. I appreciate your time and assistance in addressing this matter.

      I am rejecting this response because: city bank upon inquiry said there is no refund of record nor a pending one that BF Discount has refunded me 100percent. Likewise there is no 100 percent refund from B F Protection. They gave me back June for 29+ but they even charged the month of June twice charges.

      This company contacted my mother who has dementia and I want them to stop contacting her either via mail or telephone. I dont know what extent they have her information, but there was a fraudulentlent charge on a credit card recently and it was BF discount who attempted to make the charge. It was for a very small amount, $1.78 which leads me to believe that it is an attempt to steal her credit card information. We were contacted by her credit card Provider and they have canceled her account.

      This company calls on August 22nd let me know that I was selected as a winner of *** limited $250 cash gift card meant for fuel. A $2.95 fee for shipping and handling to get the car to me was assessed charge my credit card.As you see any of those documents there was no intention of a fuel card but coupons and discounts awarded up to the amount of $250 once again supposedly.For someone that doesn't have any money they don't need discounts they can't spend no money anyways out of a possible $6 I spent $295 and praise the Lord for a way to get to work when I don't know how else.When I received this I called the company the merchant as soon as possible and they refused to agree that it happened while not acknowledging didn't happen because they said they were outsourcing to the third party this whole entire process.Denying a refund as if they didn't receive the money that was charged. Why would they render any kind of service whatsoever if they were not the recipients of the original intended funds charged.***re was no discussion or agreement made of a subscription of anything there's nothing to lock there's no identity to save yet the country is diminishing and I'm in the country praise the Lord it'll turn around.Thank You,***************************
