Big Family Discounts Big Family - Home Pro Big Family Deals Big Family - ID protection All of these are listed at PO Box 5004 Spring Hill, Fl. My wife received notice that she was enrolled in their services and neither she nor I had any knowledge of doing so. When I called (I am her husband) trying to cancel any and all services I was very rudely told that I was not listed on her account and could do nothing. The agent named Vincent then hung up! All indications to me are that this group (?), enterprise (?) is a "Big Family" scam.

I received a postcard saying my 89yo parent had an "un-claimed reward" , "holding a $250 Savings Voucher", "good at 1000's of local and national retailers! Like *************************** ** ****** and *********** Phone number ****************** and a Claim ID#. I called as my parent. Very pushy salesman said I needed to pay $2.85 processing fee on **** or Mastercard to get access to how to figure out what they even are talking about. I had to ask four times for the name of the company. When the rep said this company name, I told him I'd call back after I googled the company. He threatened me that the code on the postcard is only good one time and I had to provide a credit card now. I told him "too bad, I guess I won't be able to call you back" and I hung up.Big SCAM. Targeting Senior Citizens.
