      I paid $75 for a BLS Skills session. I contacted them numerous times via email. In the beginning, they were helpful (most likely because it was a potential business transaction) and I was able to sign up for the class. However, they contacted me on a Saturday at 9 A.M. and asked if I could do Zoom. I told them no and was wondering if I could get a refund. I never heard back from them despite emailing numerous times. I'm asking for them to be consistent with communication, and not just email when it's convenient for them to obtain money from potential clients. I'm happy to take another course with them, but that requires communication and is a two-way street. I'm wondering if I could receive communication regarding next steps, since I would like to finish the course and go to another location, but to ghost and/or stonewall should never be okay for a business.

      We are happy to issue the refund immediately. Unfortunately, the request never reached the administrative office (via email, per the terms and conditions). That is likely the cause of the oversight.  The refund is being processed. Apologies for the inconvenience.

      First off when the instructor ****** ask that I Cashapp her the payment and her husband slips me a paper with her cash app on it I should have known. I took the class on February 12,2024 as of today 3/3/24 I still dont have my CPR card despite repeatedly texting back and forth to *************************. I was told excuse after excuse as to why it is taking so long. 1st she was in ******* so her husband taught the class, then there was a backlog in CPR certificates, then her new admin was gonna look into it, then she was out of state on vacation, then the admin went to **********, yeah I still dont have my card but she took the payment. Then I was told to be patient because her and her husband are starting this as a new side hustle. I needed this cpr card for a new job offer that ultimately I did not get because no job is gonna wait 20 days and counting. She was told this and didnt care. Needless to say I will Never recommend this company to anyone. They think of themselves first and customers second. And yes I called the Aha customer service multiple times and even had them check to see if the electronic card was there and guess what? Its wasnt and its Not. Believe me Do Not Go Here. I did a cashapp request for my money back. Lets see if I get it. They are the Worst .

      I signed up for CPR renewal 6/2/22 with confirmation. The price was $65.00.. I was contacted 6/13/22 by email saying the instructor was unavailable and I would get notified of make up time in 24 hours. I emailed 6/16/22 for an update and heard nothing. I email 6/20/22 to ask for refund as I never heard a make up date for my class. I called multiple times. I emailed again6/30/22 for update on my refund. Called and emailed 8/8/22 for information on my refund and was emailed back it would be sent out this week. I emailed again 8/30/22 and they said it was not sent out. I need refunded for a service they cancelled and did not reschedule.

      Unfortunately my ACLS course that I signed up for was canceled the morning of on April 13, 2022 at the ******* **** location at 1 ****** ** ******* **** *** I then rescheduled my ACLS course for April 26, 2022, at the ******* **** location at 1 ****** ** ******* **** *** which was also canceled the morning of at 9:52 AM.

      I am requesting a full refund for my course from Babcock Healthcare, as the company canceled both of my ACLS courses last minute the morning the course was suppose to take place. I am owed $275.00. This was originally charged to my card on April 5, 2022.

      I have attached a copy of the original receipt and correspondence with a staff member who communicated that I would be receiving a refund. I have not received this refund.
