      If 0 was a rating I would have selected that. I had to cancel ACLS class in November of 2023. I have called every month about my refund of $115 and each time I am told they will look into it. I went by the address for the Winston Salem office, the business has no signs just a suit number. The door was locked so I called while standing outside. Someone answered the phone and said they were there which was not the case. When asked about the status of my refund I was again told they were going to look into it. It has been 4months and I have not heard from anyone or received my refund.

      I signed up to take an ACLS class that was canceled 3 times. I received an email stating they would be refunding my money (175.00), that has yet to be received. Contacted them again today & was told by Sam (the answer service) for Babcock Health that my name would be place in a refund tracker the will submit my funds in another 2 to 3 months. She stated that there is no way possible to speak to a live person on the Administrative team. Unfortunately each time I call for the status of my refund, I’m told something different (oh and how they understand my concern. It’s been a month and still nothing. They were quick to take my money and extremely slow on returning it.

      9/29 I took a class and last minute they sent an email stating it will all be on zoom. For me to learn I need to be in a class so I asked for a refund from this company. I did not hear anything until 10/12 a woman by the name of Neysa ***** wrote an email stating it will be refunded to my original payment in 10 business days minus admin fee. No refund, I reached out on 10/27 10/31 and 11/01 via email, no response. I called and a representative told me they will put an urgent on this matter and will give me a call back. I never got a called back so I called again in the beginning of December and same response but no refund to this day. After reading the reviews it seems like this is an ongoing problem and I wonder if any customers actually received their money back. American Heart Association should not have this company on their website, to be certified by AHA the instructor needs to sign off on skills. How are they able to do this through google team/zoom? $365, still waiting and will continue to reach out.
