In January, 2023 **************** and Automation Industries LLC merged as per press releases. In July 2023 we signed an agreement with them to create, obtain and sell product, and manage an Amazon seller store for us. Now merged **************** has taken over all communications for both. We provide the capital and they do everything else. Here's the problem: They purchased the product through their vendors and placed them in our store for sale on ******, but they are unable to produce proof of "authenticity" of products when demanded by ******. The end result is that our Amazon seller store has been suspended, funds and products in Amazons FBA warehousing withheld by ******. If you search under Automated Industries LLC youll find alleged complaints of the same nature creating a possible pattern of unfair and deceptive trade practices. As it's unlawful under federal law to sell inauthentic product ****** has a right to demand proof of authenticity. This companys business model is to charge a large upfront management fee ($75,000) (all profit), & if the store survives they get a monthly percent of profit. If a store gets closed by ****** they have no further work or cost of operating it. Weve received repeated ****** notices of investigation on March 11, 2024 and July 17, 2024 seeking proof of authenticity as to 17 different products that this company placed for sale from our store from ******, but after all this time as this company has no proof of authenticity to provide us or ****** so our seller store remains suspended and funds & products withheld. Weve hired an attorney who has attempted to contact them with no luck. Attached. We have reason to believe that other of their clients are in the same position & a class action may be appropriate. We seek restitution of $86,730.51 ($75,643.00 paid to Click Profit/Automation, $10,464.51 in withheld funds & $623.00 in withheld product by ******). Sincerely,********************, Amzn ID IDA33APRORV97TYM

I am rejecting this response because:

The BBB required my response within 10 days from Aug. 26, 2024 to avoid the closing of my complaint.  My response is as follows: The business declined to provide a substantive reply to the complaint and instead asked that the complaint be removed as it engaged in discussions with my attorney to resolve the matter.  We have had discussions with Automation/Click Profit's attorney, but have not reached a resolution of the matter to date with this business and so our complaint remains.

    Sincerely,

    **** ******

I signed a contract for a two year term in which I would provide the capital for products to be sold on Amazon. Automation industries purchased the product through their vendors and placed them on my store for sale. Amazon deactivated my account about one year into the term. Automation industries told me to relax and they would take care of the issue. I am now 7 months into this issue and now automation industries told me to open a new account. This would then abandon my inventory and money in profits. They will not provide me with the information I need to counter the issue that Amazon has stated.

    Good afternoon,
We have discussed this issue with **************** and explained the situation thoroughly. We offered to start a new store and transfer the inventory from the other store, or reimburse him if Amazon does not return the inventory. Despite submitting all the required documents, our appeals with Amazon have been unsuccessful. We have offered **************** a refund for the inventory multiple times if he is willing to open a new store, but he continues to decline, even though he would incur no loss.
